Amazing CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the tasks section! The deals section is also awesome because it's so easy to configure a contact/company to connect to the deal. Compared to competitors, HubSpot just makes everything so easy to use, easy to understand, and nothing in it ever feels daunting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when you are assigning a task to yourself, it automatically blocks off holidays in the calendar. That way, you never accidently schedule yourself a ton of tasks on a holiday that your office is closed on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They just make it so easy to track anything and everything. This gives great data and statistics to management and makes it easy for us to look good ;-) rather than having to compile data and statistics on our own.

ease of sequencing, and creating templates

I cant change the subject line for 2nd emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach more prospects and export into HS from zoominfo easily
Hubspot: saving my sanity and keeping me organized
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has truly been a game changer for me in managing accounts across multiple states, in different stages of contact. I love the organizational tools and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike, but a dark mode built in to the platform would be helpful for late nights!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot keeps all of my work organized and creating tasks for the days or weeks ahead helps me manage my workflow.
Hubspot is very user friendly and easy to navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to complete tasks is very swift, I appreciate the layout helping to complete hefty amounts of tasks in a way that's not overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used the platform to its full capabilities, If I do dislike something it's probably from my lack of knowledge. I will say that analytics reporting of contacts ran through sequences could have its own tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving how thorough we need to be with each contact, It benefits me by making my job easier when looking through contact info.
Makes calls easy and excellent
What do you like best about the product?
Running through tasks swiftly and with all the info needed for excellent outreach. One click takes me to the next call, where all the context on the next lead lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limited number of sequence items that can be implemented. To properly execute the Agoge sequence, we have to perform 2 enrollments. Would like to simplify this to just one in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the issue of cohesion between Linkedin, calls, emails, and tracking leads in perpetuity as a team. We are way more productive! Our business performance increases exponentially as our team grows, and they are easily brought up to speed with Hubspot's easy-to-learn, easy-to-use sales features.
Intuitive and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
The flow for working and completing tasks is efficient and easy. Hubspot makes it as simple as possible with minimal clicks to work a task, call a contact, complete the task and move on to the next. It helps me make the most of my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a great click-to-dial feature that, while working, is fantastic. It's easy to set up too. But I find oftentimes it can be glitchy by dropping calls, having poor audio, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an Account Executive, so HubSpot does a great job at organizing my daily tasks and outreach to prospects, customers, etc. Recently our team has benefited from the great lead routing it provides when MQL's develop.

What do you like best about the product?
The analyze sequences tab is the feature I use the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
They make it hard to find the features you need, you have to discover them by really digging into the software. Even when they are found it is unclear what they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They just added the analyze tab for the sequences, that benefited my company in being able to see which templates were working.
Good for sequences and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The only thing I like about HubSpot is the ability to use sequences. I like that it's easy to set up a sequence for email automation, and I can see insights on the email metrics, such as clicks, opens, forwards, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the client and customer view screens. Way too many clicks to look at very important, sales info. Who's the best contact, what's the history, what emails have been sent, what calls have been made and to who, and what do the next steps look like? all of these very important points aren't easy to see all in one place (like SF does). Also, creating activity-based marketing from existing sequences seems difficult or hard to figure out. As a salesperson, these are very important pieces to the puzzle. I have to use a spreadsheet on the side, which is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem solved is saving time on sending a lot of emails to a lot of people and being able to see who is interacting with my content so I know who's engaged.
An easy way to manage your prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
The tasks tab is the one I use the most, and I love the layout. I can add as many tabs as I need to keep everything nice and organized. I set the tasks tab as my start-up page so I can get right to work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple of issues importing contacts/prospects from Zoominfo, but honestly, it feels like that's a 50/50 responsibility with Zoominfo. Haven't really tried to import from anywhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to organize all of my prospects by different stages in the sequences that I am running, and I can see everything pretty easily through the tasks page.
Best CRM I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Much more user friendly than salesforce, at a much more attractive price point. Makes keeping track of and an updated pipeline extremely easy for your whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult to create custom reports at times when using custom filters, and difficult to work with the support team due to the contact or company record being custom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to keep track of our pipeline and update on a daily/weekly basis. Allows reps to easily track prospective contacts and companies. Allows for sustainable outreach practices via custom email sequencing that can include tasks and call prompts.
