Sales made easy

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequencing ability within HubSpot - I can fully automate my week with connections, emails, and task reminders. And the HubSpot Academy is truly awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some functionality that only exist in contacts, and some that only exist in companies, and it is sometimes frustrating. But it's easy to switch back and forth, so it's not really much time lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. That's the key. At my last job, we had no formal CRM and staying organized with contacts, prospects, customers, etc. was a nightmare that lived in Microsoft Excel. Now that I have HubSpot, I'll never work for another company without it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized it is. Easy to navigate and so practical. As I work almost 10 hours a day I could not see myself completing my daily tasks without Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I really enjoy Hubstpo there isn't anything to dislike. It could probably be better if it had more range when it comes to making calls like to Egypt and other middle east places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management. I deal with almost 100 different companies on a daily basis and I have not ever seen other Platforms like Hubspot that can help me sort out my Task. Hubspot helps me organize everything to be nice and tidy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tips you give on writing a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's confusing - some threads do not show up in a company. I would have to go contact by contact to see interations and previous threads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the benefit of having all the information I need in one place. The whole company uses it in every stage of the deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using Hubspot providing all information you have, because once it's there, you have more control of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me focus on my daily tasks. The automation gives me more free time to analyze and optimize my sales work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the UX can be laggy. But really good support thus!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can focus on stats using highly customizable charts. I can easily see my pain points and optimize my sales pipe in consequence

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to interact via email and tag my colleagues directly. It is also important for me to highlight the possibility of being able to have statistical data on business performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that "anyone" can delete my comments. I don't like the fact that only one person should be responsible for the use of hubspot. I think everyone should have his own responsibility for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I definitely have some great advantages because I use hubspot with my tablet. I am sorry that the IPAD app does not work properly. But I can still get everything into attachments and notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to implement the IPAD app correctly.
I use IPAD exclusively and it is very convenient, however if there was an app done right, it would be a great asset.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, after having tried many different crms, the best thing about hubspot is the flexibility and autonomy it gives you when planning and executing at all levels (sales, marketing, support) without depending on intermediaries or requiring additional code development.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area for improvement would be the reporting part with access to more concrete metrics, for example in sales: % conversion (cohort analysis) per month and team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most important thing is to establish clear and easy processes for the sales team + provide the leadership with full visibility of main metrics and forecasts.
Also, the ease of monitoring calls, emails or sales activities and interactions in general.

What do you like best about the product?
Arrangement of contacts and companies, the deals view and sequences
What do you dislike about the product?
Need better integration for meetings and reminders / analysis of contacts not in sequences. Likewise, we have started to have problems with our gmail server with regularly sending up to 1,000 emails per day on sequences. Is there a best practice or better way here?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequences and meeting booking have become far more automated and cancelled meetings are a thing of the past

Making things easier with HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Being an all-in-one tool makes things easier with HubSpot. No need to toggle in-between windows. Everything you need can be integrated within HubSpot. From database to calls, email, SMS, calendar and reports dashboard amongst many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I can't think of the least helpful thing with HubSpot. So far, all of the workflows designed for our program are very useful. The only downside is since you are able to finish things quickly, you can be given additional tasks for the day hahaha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenges of using multiple tools and applications. It saves you a lot of time and effort and increases your work efficiency. The chances of you, forgetting one workflow is very minimal to almost none, since everything is being done under one tool.
