Almost Great

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates directly into HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pixel used to track email opens is triggered by simply scrolling through your sent email folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seemless workflow between the CRM (HubSpot) and the SEP (Sales Hub).

Okay - not as robust as a CRM as I'd want

What do you like best about the product?
The design is relatively easy to use and easy to program various processes in. Much easier to navigate than SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like it's really limited on features - with SFDC, just about anything is possible if you want to code. With Hubspot, it feels like there are definite limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it as a CRM - as a small start up, hiring someone to build out and maintain our SFDC platform was going to be expensive so we opted to go with an option that was more user friendly. It meets our needs - for now.

HubSpot is the best CRM out there

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is highly user-friendly. If, for any reason, you're having an issue within HubSpot, support is always available and extremely helpful. I don't see any reason my company would ever switch from HubSpot to any other CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HubSpot glitches. From time to time it seems the server goes down or is having issues with a certain issue (logging emails, making outbound calls etc) but it is generally fixed relatively quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit that comes to mind is how easy HubSpot makes it to track everything. All calls are automatically logged, even when using an outside call tool. It also makes building dashboards to track data very easy to do!

Hubspot use for sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. Everything is right at my fingertips. Easy to edit in the CRM, easy to send out mass emails or enroll customers in a sequence that's automated so you don't forget!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I specifically don't like. Everything works properly, and if it doesn't, Hubspot support is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not currently solving problems. The benefits would have to be the ability to send the same email to up to 500 people at one time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's an excellent fit for all ages to use. Easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, straight forward stage tracking and unlimited access to custom reporting. Additionally the support team is incredibly helpful and always very resonsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest limit on HubSpot is some of the analytics capabilities and the ability to use custom fields with them. Specifically, dynamic date ranges would be incredibly helpful to add as filter criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning, coordinating and tracking our prospect outreach has been taken to a new level by Hubspot. Being able to assign follow up tasks to specific team members makes planning each week much more efficient.

Very good improvements with forecasts!

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot for more than 4 years total with 2 different employers, and I can see the improvement in the platform and the way it operates. The sales forecast function is quite useful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been a good number of cases where Hubspot would stop working or gets very slow. I do think that this is something that must be resolved as some customers can't handle not being able to access their CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better manage my team's progress towards their quotas and the transparency it provides to the entire process. The forecast features helps keep my team members accountable.

Hubspot Sales Hub for winning Sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
The deals pipeline is the best feature. It helps our sales team track deals through the various deal stages throughout the sales process

The only part I dislike about sales hub is that it can be slightly confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our sales teams collaborate and keep track of sales and clients.

HubSpot is Great for Sales and Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly as far as a CRM is concerned. You don't need to go through a lot of training to know how to use it. We are using it to filter leads and prospects and it keeps great track of where they are in the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to do things in multiple places sometimes, which seems useless. You will have to close a deal, change the status of a lead contact and of the company all idividually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We see benefits from using Hubspot to filter leads so that we are able to get them in our sales cycle faster and close more deals. We are able to see the activity of our sales reps to increase activity and therefore increase sales. It has definitely helped our business produce more revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reaching out to HubSpot and making sure that you are using it to its fullest. Integrate with as much of your other software as you can.

What do you like best about the product?
Loved being able to monitor when clients interacted with our emails and sales pipelines. It was like watching their interests move along our sales process. We were able to see where our no sales dropped off and gave us lots of beneficial insights into our sales process and how leads interacted with our sales and marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a little trouble with fitting the software into our existing workflows. We don't think our processes are the best but trying to make departments change wasn't worth the fight for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We liked looking behind the curtain of our client's interaction with our marketing and sales materials. It made a difference when we were able to call clients just a few minutes after they opened our emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hub spot is excellent if you set it up early in your sales process or use it as a standalone sales tool. We just struggled with our team on implementing it.

Great CRM, organized and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the workability. I can easily keep track of the activity of my contacts and set up great sequences to automatically reach out to them by email or by call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the contacts would automatically be filled in with the state of the company. In my tasks, I can't sort by time zone, which makes it difficult because the US has so many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports feature and dashboard are very comprehensive. I love looking at individual stats but also the stats of the team as a whole.
