Hubspot Satisfied and amaze user.
What do you like best about the product?
The way it integrates with email and calls. With just one click, you can send an email and call a lead. Plus the dashboard is super useful. I really like how it shows us our daily reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything to dislike. I like everything as it is very user-friendly. I like how it lets us add and delete unecessary details and it also allowss us to leave a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lead details. I can easily add contact information and tasks, especially regarding my pipeline. I am also able to export directly from Zoom info that way it's easier to add the contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a CRM that will not give you headaches, use Hubspot.

The drop-down menus and the email templates really shorten the time spent on each file.

Some of the status areas are redundant. They could get by with less.

It is very friendly, as it provides access to very important information that I use daily in my work, and it helps me keep a good track of all my clients.

Actually, there is nothing I dislike. I have worked with other CRMs and I think Hubspot is quite comprehensive for handling the tasks I carry out daily for my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep very good track of all my clients because the alerts I set appear at the indicated time, and that has helped me to be able to contact the people of my interest to generate business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my experience, it is a very useful tool as it shows basic information at a glance and you can search for more detailed information, a good reminder tool for following up on daily tasks.

Easy to get up and running, especially with new people.

I'd like a little more flexibility in changing properties and customizing reports

One shared system. We have people all over the country and it's nice that we can all work out of the same system. Quick response from HubSpot support.

I appreciate the ability to set tasks immediately after ending a call.

I don't like the glitches that happen periodically.

All communication methods in one place. I don't have to worry about switching between softwares.
First Sales Tool that I do enjoy using it!
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful about HubSpot is the ease of O365 integration for email tracking between the clients/prospects and scheduling calendar meetings. However, my Sales Team would like to have more 1-on-1 scheduled quarterly training on using the tool with HubSpot's account representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using O365 email integration, sometimes it is tedious to remember to uncheck the tracking for those contacts that are not needed to be in the CRM. We would love to see more improvements with the O365 integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to see progress in Sales. The benefit to knowing how to allocate accounts accordingly to Sales Rep's activites.

Our email-to-ticket situation is a little confusing.

We are still working on improving our inventory count in the HubSpot software.
User Friendly CRM that lets you manage profiles in an easy yet detailed way
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn UI and very user friendly; the feature to organize customer profile; Noting call logs and organizing stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much; there are just times wherein it has its downtime like any software.
