What do you like best about the product?
It keeps our team in the know on what is going on company-wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the deals page "closed won" would drop off after some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously everything was hand written. Now everything is document and stored. It keeps everyone accountable and on task.
HubSpot Sales Hub-a good entry-level CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrations with my Google calender and the tracking of all activity taken on any record or email sent. I love the templates feature also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my contact and/or company records will be merged with unrelated contact information which eliminates the correct record. That can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking activity with prospects and leads. Having the ability to view and share activity throughout the organization. Being more on top of outreach to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of the notes are in one place, it's easy and efficient to see what's been happening with a customer. I like that you can also see the conversations had with a specific person in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel that I dislike much about hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had hubspot we had two different systems. So we are no longer double handling our work, which is saving us a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Contact Creation. Sequencing. Templated Emails. Outbound Phone Calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A- None that I can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A user-friendly CRM with the ability to target personas and accounts with calculated outreach. Steller system. 10/10.
Great tool for staying on top of warm contacts doing research
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly informing me of the contacts and accounts are active and notifying me so that I can get in touch with them as they are active on our site, as well as a reminder for people that are already in my pipeline to nurture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there isn't really anything I'm not too fond of per say, I think as a rep it checks all of the boxes when trying to stay on top of top accounts and who are engaging, as well as getting real-time leads so that inbound teams can act fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account prioritization and speed to act on leads / active accounts. It helps with my organizational strategy on which people i should be focusing on and when to revisit past opps or conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to keep track of client leads with the tracking tools that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is that a lot of the features only become available if you use the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of leads and easily see who I have reached out to and where they are at in the process.

HubSpot has been a fantastic tool for our team to engage and maintain relationships with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the HubSpot ticketing system were a bit more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can make customized industry-specific labels for clients.

I like how it is connected to slack and my work email. I never miss an update!

Honestly, there is nothing I do not like about it.

We are getting clients to sign up for the credit card. I really like how we can see how many times a client opened an email we sent them.

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward interface. Easy to learn
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could view more information on one page. I have to scroll a lot to get in order to view all information needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce data entry. I spend much less time entering notes and tasks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot saves a tremendous amount of time. It's an easy-to-use interface and the learning curve is relatively short. It's been one of the most straightforward and most helpful CRM's I've used in my sales career.
Easiest to use and most powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using any CRM's in my career but Hubspot is way over all of them. It's so easy to use but at the same time very powerful. Tracking your pipeline has never been so easy. Using Hubspot's templates makes it fast to start reaching clients. If you want to edit templates or tabs you can do that as well in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not finding it before! I missed so many sales in my past by using complex CRM's that made it difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my leads I would say is my greatest benefit.
