Very Adaptable and helpful

What do you like best about the product?
They manage to find new and improved ways of tracking the client and for us even patient process in a mostly readable way from start to finish which is smoother and simpler than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel that the tabs are a bit cluttered and Hubspot could benefit from a bit of a UI rework on the tab dropdown nature to make it a bit more together rather than spread into arguably confusing subcategories
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales flow process and tracking our client and patient interaction from start to finish. The dialer options and features are also incredibly helpful for notating cold/warm calls and following up.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to the competitors, on top of the required features such as dashboards, deals, and meetings, Hubspot can cover multiple pipelines and various business development needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can make improvements on the breadth of features and automation for the free version, also improve the bug resolution on automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realize that the sales hub can help us to monitor our sales team better. The team has been more productive, and in line, so we can increase our sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ease of use, logical flow, and the ability to use it across our customer service, sales, and marketing teams. I have about 12 years of experience using CRM's, and this is by far my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only two issues I have come across are that it does not autosave changes, and when sending an email through the platform, formatting changes occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our sales process and keeping everyone on the same page, and being able to track everything. Using Hubspot has increased productivity and decreased critical issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pipelines and organizations, manual and automated tasks for accountability, visibility across the organization, and customizable dashboards/reports, connected communication capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calling from the ticket, it doesn't connect the "call" activity to the ticket, only to the contact. It would be nice to assign certain playbooks to certain types of tickets. We have a ton of playbooks, notes snippets, and templates. Seems like they're all just in a big list/database, could be more organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can call, email, and text a contact from the contact page, deal page, or ticket. I like how clean it is, and how you can view all activity or sort for specific activity type. So, communication problem solved. Internally, we tag each other in notes a lot as well. We also display key metrics on dashboards, and we get automated tasks to remind us of key deliverables.

What do you like best about the product?
i can virtually control every aspect of the sale process and i never forget to follow up a contact or the contact's info themselves. Its a must have!

sometimes its kind of buggy and some tools are a bit clumsy

It is necessary to improve the integrations with other platforms, e.g., Monday.

As mentioned earlier, I managed to better organize my sales activities.

What do you like best about the product?
What my team and I find best about HubSpot is that we can manage prospects and where they are in the sales pipeline making it very simple to track where clients are and in which stage.
What I also love about HubSpot is how user-friendly it is. Not a complicated CRM like a few other companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot, in my opinion, does have very few things I dislike. The only thing that I wish it did was notify me when an email was sent out, but the email was incorrect. This way, it would save me time in my sales when a prospect says, "I didn't receive an email."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can say that HubSpot has done for us with problem-solving is easy management; it doesn't take much for new hires to learn HubSpot and teach them how to manage prospects. The biggest benefit with it being easy to use is that it save so much time compared to other CRMS

What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the information available to you while looking at contact information. I don't need to spend a lot of time searching. It's extremely user friendly, which is important when you need efficiency,
What do you dislike about the product?
There have only been a couple instances where I am not allowed to edit certain things, no matter how many times I try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates having to check several places for information. I like having it all in front of me when I'm researching a contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that it is a great tool, and that the informational videos are worth watching to get well versed in HS

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility amongst teams is impressive. If you have a small and remote team, there are lots of async capabilities. Everyone can work on a deal and have all of the information they need with little need for keeping people up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not great for sending emails. If you want to send emails on a regular basis, it requires a lot of clicks and mouse moving, which is quite inefficient. There could also be some better integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot currently solves as our complete CRM, from top of the funnel all the way to deal close and renewal. We've seen great benefits, including increased team velocity.
