Effortless Billing and Client Management with HubSpot Commerce Hub
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Commerce Hub supports our recurring billing and diverse billing needs. Managing our client contact information and collective communication with billing is essential!

HubSpot Commerce Hub is solving our billing tracking and collective management of our client services.
Easy Integrations and Automation, But Needs Smoother Navigation

It's very easy to connect to any other tool. Makes it easy to automate and create workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes not very intuitive and too many clicks to do anything. It's a great solution but I am sure 2026 can offer better solutions

What do you like best about the product?
This solution helps eliminate friction in the quote-to-cash process by tackling the typical issues that arise from using disconnected tools, relying on manual data entry, and experiencing delays that can hinder B2B deals. It streamlines the crucial final steps of quoting, approvals, invoicing, and payment collection, making the entire process more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, key features such as e-signatures, custom billing automation, revenue reporting, and HubSpot payment processing come with extra charges. The e-commerce tools are not really built to help manage or expand an online business. For instance, even though HubSpot integrates with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce, its Commerce Hub can be challenging to use and often requires the expertise of a HubSpot web developer for proper integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Challenging Setup, but Time-Saving Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to connect HubSpot with Jira, which streamlines task management like accounts payable and receivable, and even bank reconciliations, directly from HubSpot. This integration saves me significant time as it allows for task management without shifting platforms. Moreover, having all information centralized within HubSpot is beneficial as it consolidates data between the sales and operational teams, therefore saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of HubSpot Commerce Hub to be difficult and confusing. It seemed like there wasn't a good setup between HubSpot and the systems we were trying to integrate, such as Jira, or maybe HubSpot itself was just slow. This resulted in many mistakes and difficulties in finding information, making the software not very user-friendly. Additionally, I'm frustrated because HubSpot doesn't allow us to use our own email address for sending information to clients. Instead, we have to use the email directions provided by HubSpot, which feels limiting. I also feel that the software isn't as useful or friendly as other platforms we've used, like Front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to connect with Jira for task tracking, streamlining our accounts processes and saving time by centralizing information for both commercial and operational parts of the company.

Probably the integrations would have been more simplified.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Commerce Hub is that it makes it easy to have the entire sales and purchasing process centralized, with clear and easy-to-use pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that several advanced features require more expensive plans and some external integrations can be limited or complex to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem is that advanced customization and detailed reports can be limited, but that benefits me because it forces me to simplify processes and focus on the essentials of the pipeline.

All over it is better for me as there is no things for degrading it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplify and streamline the entire buying process. Before, we had to juggle multiple tools for quotes, payments, and tracking revenue, which created friction for both our team and our customers. Now we can send quotes, collect payments, and manage transactions directly within HubSpot.
I can send quotes and get payments quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is I don't need extra tools for invoices or payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike, maybe more payment choices would be nice.

Before it was confusing to manage sales, now it is simple and fast in one hub.
A solid CRM with great integration features
What do you like best about the product?
Really like the tracking and management of accounts among my fellow sales reps. Especially enjoy the email open tracking and google chrome extension as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes formatting can differ and keeping the CRM hygienic is a very manual job for the sales operations team

Tracking deals, creating deals and managing individual pipelines in a full sales team.

An fully integerated with the Hubspot echo system made my Marketing and Sales easy and easy to implement

Can be used only in US reagion and cost is a bit more
