Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy, easy to use, great value for what it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this product. Any problems I have encounted have been quickly resolved by the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many processes to move files from one system to be injested by another system. We are also using go anywhere to allow us to safely and securely transfer files in and out of PCI environments
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go anywhere can be used for so many things, with some patience and creativity, you can replace any other file transfer and update process with GoAnywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to exchange any file with any of our business partners!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we are a little tepid about is we are not up to speed on all of it's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our needs started off rather simple in that we needed to exchange files with our bank and it has expanded to multiple business partners. Every time our business expands it seems as though there are additional file exchange requirements. I used to worry about how we were going to accomplish each unique exchange of information. I find myself saying no problem we have GoAnywhere!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you exchange information with other business partners then you need GoAnywhere!!

GoAnywhere MFT
What do you like best about the product?
GoAnywhere MFT has been a perfect fit for our systems because of its ease of use, Security features, audits and reliability. The support for the product is first rate and the continuous adding of functions and features gives us more opportunities to find solutions to file transfer problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some unfamiliar syntax but i picked it up quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Applications team had created a windows front end to collect the users information and then generate a SQL statement to process on the ISeries and get the file back. We were able to use GoAnywhere to successfully complete the project.

Easy of use and flexibility. Support is great

There is nothing to dislike. The product is everything that it is supposed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Goanywhere MFT is super easy and flexible. Able to create and test brand new file transfers in a couple of hours.
Transfer un-encrypted and encrypted files over SFTP. Took only minutes to set up program to encrypt files using PGP.
Import both internal and external images into our imaging system automatically without manual intervention.
We create or parse Excel spreadsheets and update database tables simply by monitoring a directory for new files.
We also use Goanywhere MFT to create secure internal directories for each employee to store their check stubs, W2's, and any other confidential documents that only they can access using USER ID's and passwords.
We can monitor our projects even tough we are out of the office. With embedded variables we can dynamically change the email list.
Drop down lists allow us to access native commands easily or create our own SQL to select and manipulate data.
You can create very simple projects or very complex ones based on our level of programming knowledge and experience with the product.
Best of all we easily have set up notifications through email to notify the appropriate people when a scheduled project has run and whether it ran successfully or not.
