Easy to Use with Clear Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zeta Marketing Platform easy to use and appreciate that it's clear and concise. Logging in was straightforward, and I wouldn't change anything since it works well for me.

I use the Zeta Marketing Platform for building out lists. It's easy to use and clear and concise, which helps in my work.
Strong Audience Profiling and Advanced Journey Attribution
What do you like best about the product?
Audience profiling is very strong, and advanced journey attribution measurement will be critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
No true dislikes. Platform is able to perform as needed with limited to no missing capabilities. Sales/Service is strong and allows for a good managed service experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identification of "likely prospects" through site pixeling and AI Intelligence.
Easy Email Campaign Creation and Targeted Sends
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to create email campaigns and send them to the key demographics that matter most to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the number of users we have, it’s often difficult to quickly find the specific campaigns I’m running. The search function could be refined a bit more to make locating them easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create simple audience packages within our dataset, which makes it easier to organize and use our data.
Great for Audience Tracking, Needs Better Segmentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zeta Marketing Platform provides an easy way to look at our audience list and subscriber numbers. It also helps us send out emails on a daily and weekly basis to our specific audience targeted list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting audience emails into different interests is a little bit difficult right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zeta Marketing Platform allows me to manage my audience list and subscriber reports easily, and it helps us send emails daily and weekly to targeted lists.
Quick and Reliable Lead Tracking with Zeta
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zeta Marketing Platform is pretty quick and organized in collecting our leads. It helps us know and test if our landing pages are working by the leads that are coming in. This way, we can see if we entered all the data correctly on the landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I like how every field says true or false.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zeta Marketing Platform to track leads from our ads across different digital platforms. It helps test the effectiveness of landing pages and ensures data entry accuracy. I like its quick and organized lead collection.
Customizable Reporting and Evolving AI, but a Learning Curve and Limited Attribution Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Suitable level of platform support. Appreciate the customizability of the reporting interface to align with our business goals. The UI is fairly simple once you get the hang of it, although some of the capabilities have unique names that someone unfamiliar with the platform would not immediately be able to decipher (eg, reporting under "Opportunities"). New AI capabilities are commensurate with what I would expect from this type of platform and I'm glad to see them continually evolving and improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customizability means that some items requested are net new for the vendor/platform, therefore require more troubleshooting and more runway to get live. The UI isn't completely intuitive as some of the interfaces are named in ways that wouldn't be immediately recognizable for users (eg, reporting is called, "Opportunities"). What they call attribution reporting does not really get to the heart of what is causal in driving KPIs (they utilized and even touchpoints methodology wherein the channels in the path received credit based on overall percentage of impressions delivered towards conversion and also an even vendors, which just split evenly across channels in the path).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single stop shop for buying, reporting, and data management which allows for easy integration.
Improved UI and Fast Processing That Delivers Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface has improved since we first started using it, which makes it easy to onboard and teach new members of the team. All of our systems and filters have been implemented very well. Its processing speed is fast, so we’re able to provide feedback to clients ASAP. Hence we are definitely getting our money's worth!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too major. We’re still getting to grips with using the AI systems, so a bit more help and guidance on how to use them would be appreciated.

It provides us with feedback very quickly and helps us share that feedback with clients efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficiency and effortless experience with Zeta Marketing Platform. It's super easy for me to check a landing page and ensure it's properly linked to Facebook instead of Pinterest, thanks to the well-laid-out analytics. I just navigate to 'people,' search an email, and I can see vital details like when they signed up. These features make everything run properly, and I use them every time I create a new landing page. Also, generating reports is a breeze as it pulls 6-month engagement data from Facebook and Pinterest. The initial setup was incredibly easy, taking less than 5 minutes.

I use Zeta Marketing Platform to ensure my content is shared properly and to get accurate data. It's efficient, easily lays out analytics, and makes checking sign-ups seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zeta Marketing Platform for email campaign execution, audience targeting, and performance tracking. I love how it centralizes campaign execution and performance tracking, making it easy to manage segments and launch campaigns without much manual coordination. It really helps keep everything organized since it consolidates email campaigns, segments, and performance data all in one place. I also like that it supports better coordination across teams. Plus, the way it handles campaign execution makes the setup, scheduling, and delivery process organized, reducing the hassle of back and forth and making it easier to track launched campaigns and their performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some workflows feel complex at first, especially around campaign setup and reporting. It could be made more intuitive for day to day users.

Often time reporting is skewed and no alert is made to known issues.
