Fast, Reliable Performance with Flexible User-Defined Books
What do you like best about the product?
User defined books have been the stand out feature for recommending Intacct. I have seen books of accounts with 10+ years of data, despite which the system remians fast and reliable, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report building hase been a pain point for not only me but the team I work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bookeeping for a non-profit organisation is very complicated, and Inatcct helps with the end to end Bookeeping for us, from 1099 forms to audit ready books
Easy to navigate and efficient for daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sage Intacct is how easy it is to navigate between tabs and complete simple tasks. The interface feels intuitive and streamlined, which helps me work more efficiently and stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Sage Intacct is that it can feel a bit heavy and overly robust at times, which makes some processes slower than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping us streamline and organize our accounting processes, especially in areas like invoice management and payment tracking.
Versatile, AI-Powered Accounting with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and utility of the tools in Sage Intacct. I also love the AI features, especially when uploading bills to be paid, as well as the OCR reader. We had a great implementation team, so the setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so much functionality that it can be a little overwhelming at times, but I think as we use it more that will get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct for accounting and financial reporting. I love its flexibility and utility, especially the AI features for bill uploads and the OCR reader.

For the most part Intacct is easy to use and navigate. I like the customizability of it as well.

When editing a PO, having to purchase order clear something rather than removing it causes an extra step that can be annoying at times

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspects of Sage Intacct are its powerful real-time reporting, flexible dimensional accounting, and cloud-native usability, all of which significantly streamline financial processes. It is convenient & user friendly to use Sage.

There’s nothing I dislike about Sage Intaact. It’s great!

Convenient All-in-One App for Easy Accounting Reports and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very convenient to use, and all accounting data can be accessed in a single app. We are able to get all the reports and it is easy for managing all the tasks.

Sometimes, to generate a report, we have to enter a lot of data before we can get it.

Access Anywhere with Flexible, User-Defined Books
What do you like best about the product?
It’s online, so I’m able to access it from any place, and I also like that it has separate, user-defined books.
What do you dislike about the product?
Under Filters, I have to enter the exact word to get the details.

Complicated Setup but Useful for Reimbursements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily access my history of previous reimbursements and accounting details. It makes it easy to keep track of what I've already done and the program codes that I've used, so I don't have to remember things off the top of my head.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were options to auto populate based on my history. The initial setup was pretty complicated. It took us a while to learn to use the tool because we were plugging in information, and for those of us that aren't from the accounting team, it was difficult to follow instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps me bill reimbursements to the correct programs and coordinate with our accounting department. It makes tracking easy, so I don't have to remember program codes off the top of my head.
