Sage Intacct Simplifies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill down and open links in reports is a game-changer. Customer support has been very knowledgeable and helpful with any needs. We use the software every day for our accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting. Can't wait to get the other modules up and going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to choose or select multiple accounts or codes in custom reports. Implementation has been kind of long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to generate more accurate reports.
Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to put in your timesheet weekly. The job cost report integrates the field hours to the PM team flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
First time users have a learning curve to navigate the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrating between Sage and Procore is incredible. There is no guess work if a project is synced with ERP or not. This make it so you don't need to reach out to the AP / AR team as much.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intercompany transaction capabilities. It has made my job a lot faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to edit certain transactions - when we make a mistake it takes a lot to figure out how to fix it. Not as user friendly as I'd hoped.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage has build efficiencies that have reduced the amount of manual work for our team. Their integrations with Baker Tilly was also a must have for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few systems that Sage does not integrate with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations have helps solve our manual process problems. SaaS Intelligence has also be a game changer for our company recording and reporting needs.
Great ERP for mid-size businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is extremely user-friendly while still offering enough functionality to cover the needs of our business. We find that we can get everything done that we need to handling the day-to-day operations of the business and Sage allows for easy integrations with a number of other platforms. Implementation for these has been easy compared to other systems I have used previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more "manual" mode with Sage. Compared to other offerings I feel like I was able to backdoor or work around the system better. Sage Intacct feels like it is substantially easier to pick up and become proficient with, but more difficult to get to the level of mastery compared to other systems.

Streamline month end close from end to end.
Excellent ERP for our growing technology organization
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is extremely easy to investigate month-to-month swings in account balances and drill through to the transaction detail. Once built, reports and dashboards are extremely helpful. It is easy to close month-end with Sage Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building custom reports and dashboards can be tricky and nuanced. Additionally, updating reports can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage's ability to integrate with other systems and consolidate our global results is a time saver.
Great experience with the software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct stands out for its robust financial reporting and automation capabilities. The customizable dashboards and real-time data insights make it easy to track performance and make informed decisions. Its multi-entity and multi-currency support is especially helpful for organizations with complex structures. The cloud-based access is also a big plus, allowing secure remote access and seamless collaboration across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sage Intacct is powerful, the user interface can feel unintuitive for new users, requiring a steep learning curve. Some features, like custom report building or setting up workflows, aren't always user-friendly without training. Additionally, integration with third-party tools can sometimes be inconsistent, depending on the vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping solve the problem of manual, time-consuming invoice processing and tracking. By centralizing accounts payable and receivable in one system, it reduces the risk of errors and duplicate entries. It also allows for better organization and visibility into outstanding invoices, payment statuses, and vendor information.

What do you like best about the product?
What I found useful was many of the options/features populated automatically eliminating the user to actually type in the segment needed. Also, when selecting another component, the drop down arrow provided the choices - you didn't have to rely on memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I found to be disappointing during the training was I couldn't "print screen" to use as support/backup when commencing actual work using the Sage accounting system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AP Automation definitely helps with duplicating incoming bills and provides a mechanism to process payments efficiently, accurately and easily!
Great middle market accounting software!
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Netsuite to Intacct two years ago and have not looked back. While the systems are not the same, we found the cost savings of Intacct along with their current functionality a perfect fit for the company. It's ease of use along with seemingly consistent updates has made us extremely happy withe the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are stuck behind paid upgrades and the base functionality (specifically reporting) falls behind many other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our base problem was finding an affordable comparable product to Netsuite after they increased their price by 3x. Intacct is 1/5 the price with 3/4ths of the functionality which works for us.
