My experience About Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful. It will be helpful for customer support. There are a number of features available. It is very easy to implement while working. On a daily basis it will be helpful to work to apply the cash against the invoice. Helps to sync with other application.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a best ERP, as i have worked in other ERP as well. And there is not such things that i dislike in this ERP as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct is very much useful to get the financial reports instantly. And helpful to solve the customer queries, if they are related to invoice or any payments.

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is the best ERP I have ever used... I have experience of using around 6 to 7 ERP's but Sage Intacct tops the leaderboard. the way we can manage the multiple entites is one of my fav. and the customized reports will get your money back whatever you paid for Intacct
What do you dislike about the product?
there's nothing really to hate about sage intacct but right now everyone are switching to visualized reports and somewhere I feel that sage intacct should also need to adopt these things, like pie chart, bar graph and other reports which are easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before I was using other software where the bill processing workflow was way too lengthier, as soon as I switched to sage intacct all the bill processing workflows became easy. and it saves most time and decreases the manual workks.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Payroll processing is required
2) There are performance issues while dealing with the huge amount of data (It will stop responding & we need to wait for hours)

Sage Intact can be very fiddly, however great for companies with different entities
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can have all the different entities in one system by just adding licenses. It makes it easier to flick through other entities faster and takes into account the real exchange rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you have to create the dashboard from scratch. I would have preferred if there were samples or a basic dashbaord already provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem we had in the past, is inputting invoices (sales/purchases) one at a time which can be time consuming. With Sage Intacct, we can upload them all in one file which saves hours in a day.
We can also create different cost codes,locations and jobs which really distinguishing and narrows reports to what managemnt want.

Sage intacct is simple to use, has the features accounting teams need, and is cloud based which is much easier for everyone.

Reporting could be made simpler and easier to use.

Bookeeping, reporting and general accounting. Multi-Entity is a massive bonus.

What I like most about Sage Intacct is how the different reports are presented. The customization options are super helpful for tackling various challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like is that it can be a bit tricky to understand all the features at first, but I wouldn’t call it a real problem.

The main issue we had before was needing to use multiple tools and platforms. Now, with Sage Intacct, we have everything in one place, which makes things so much easier and saves us a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is that it has all the features you need to keep your business under control. You can generate all kinds of customized reports to meet whatever needs come up along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t say it’s totally bad, but the learning curve might be a bit slow.

It helps us easily and efficiently keep track of the numbers for different stores independently.

Would be helpful if there are training video available. I am sure there are a lot of functions that I am not aware of.

Navigating through different modules like general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and project accounting is straightforward, which helps save time and reduce the learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
For clients who are new to Sage Intacct or transitioning from simpler accounting systems, the learning curve can be challenging. While the basic functionalities are user-friendly, mastering more advanced features such as custom reporting, integrations, or configuring workflows often requires a deeper understanding of the platform. For me as an accountant, this can be time-consuming, especially when I'm trying to get new users up to speed quickly.

The time spent on manual data entry and reconciliations can be overwhelming.Sage Intacct automates routine accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations. The system’s automation reduces human error and frees up time for more strategic work, which is especially beneficial for me as an accountant. I can focus on higher-level analysis and financial advising, rather than spending time on repetitive administrative tasks.This automation boosts efficiency, reduces errors, and allows me to dedicate more time to providing valuable insights to my clients rather than getting bogged down by manual tasks.
