Highly Adaptable and Compatible Across Products
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptability, Sage has a great compatibility with various products to get the most out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very user friendly on a mobile device when I am out traveling and don't have the capability to use a computer. I wish the mobile functions were more user-friendly from a manager's point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See if helps with all aspects of the company from accounts receivable to accounts payable. Is able to speed up our intake of the accounts payable as well as the collection process for the accounts receivable
Efficient Billing Solution, Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Sage Intacct, I'm able to edit, review, and pull reports. It's really useful for processing invoicing payments efficiently, and the webinars they provide and updates are also something I appreciate because I can present them to my supervisor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that we need to get customized reports but haven't had any help on that. I'd like some assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has solved issues with the time to process invoicing payments.

Scalable Financial Management with Robust Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scalability of Sage Intacct, especially its automation capabilities through integration and the open API. It's super helpful for partnering with in-house servicing software. I also really like its investigative power, particularly the audit trails, ad hoc reports, and customizable reports that we can create using the interactive customer report writer. The standard out-of-the-box reports are also a big plus, providing great visibility and reporting in our complex environment. These features have been super helpful for maintaining control and satisfying our auditors in a highly regulated space, and they continue to support us as we scale our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved is the advanced consolidation module, specifically with how new it is. We're still working through some quirks as an early adapter. The intercompany relationships are confusing and not straightforward. It would be helpful to have more feedback on setting up intercompany by industry when the environment is transformed or implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct provides visibility and reporting in a complex environment, scales automations through integration, offers audit trails for regulatory control, and delivers ad hoc and customizable reports to investigate solutions, aiding our business's scaling.

It’s intuitive to use as far as finding what you need using the menus.

Reporting is clunky. Been a much steeper learning curve than I anticipated.

AP automation. Soon to be other modules (budgeting and fixed assets).

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sage Intacct for its modern feel and the reporting capabilities it offers. The allocations feature is also quite useful, allowing us to allocate in more diverse ways than before and making changes easier.

It doesn’t integrate directly with Adaptive Insights.

What do you like best about the product?
As an AP Manager, what I likely value most about Sage Intacct is how it automates and streamlines my entire payables process—from invoice capture to approvals and payments—while giving me real-time visibility into cash flow and liabilities. It reduces manual work and errors, strengthens controls for audits, and scales easily as my workload grows, making my operations more efficient and reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Sage Intacct is constantly adding new features that are genuinely useful. The AI functions significantly reduce manual work, making the process much more efficient. I find the reporting feature easy to use, which is essential for my multi-entity construction company. I love how I can customize the reporting to display the information we want our leadership to see, and I can send this information easily. The cleaner and customizable reporting really stands out for me.

We struggle with two third party integrations bill.com and BuildOps

Automates Repetitive Tasks, Needs Better Bank Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the rule-based setup and the automation it brings to the system in Sage Intacct. It helps by automating a lot of basic and repetitive tasks into something more cohesive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sage Intacct could improve its bank feed features. Banks that are supported do not bring over transactions, which means those have to be manually imported and that takes time. Also, the initial setup of Sage Intacct was not easy at all.

I use Sage Intacct to automate basic and repetitive tasks into a more cohesive system. I like the rule-based setup and the automation it brings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can pull any report with easy access, which is really helpful. I also enjoy the dashboards. Sage Intacct helps run the numbers we need quickly and keeps everything organized. It was easy learning everything.

How transactions sync from Bill automatically.
