What do you like best about the product?
The support is truly the best, always there to assist.

The downside is that their cloud restore is slow.

Easy to use and understand features. Works well with Wasabi.
What do you like best about the product?
If you are already using Wasabi Hot cloud storage for hosting other data. It makes it a breeze to use the same account with their cheap pricing to backup your other data to a secure encrypted bucket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tool tip dialogs are lacking in providing more meaningful context. As well, they could provide tooltips in places where it makes assumptions about what the user knows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted an easy way to leverage my existing Wasabi hot cloud storage account to backup my personal devices and MSP360 provided that solution. It has provided me with peace of mind having an additional off-site backup solution.

Simple and clear backup software. Most of all I liked the support for cloud storage including compatible S3 platforms.

Slightly unusual interface, but it's more of a nitpick

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to bring your own storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to restore from cloud. Occasional issues with backups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inexpensive file based backups. Benefits for clients that do not need full image backups with quick restore capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to follow the guides for your backup storage when setting this up. We configured it wrong and had some large expenses in the beginning due to duplicate backups, versioning, and some other issues that would not have occurred had we followed the guide.
Great cloud backup solution from MSP
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, effective with a quality support team. We love the centralized management and reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find publishing reports to cohorts of staff a little clunky, we would like to see this developed further to be able to send specific reports t specific staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up to Wasabi cloud was a challenge with our incumbent supplier, MSP 360 made it simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take them up on the offer of a free trial, if like us you wont regret it.

Annual Billing, as an MSP, a monthly term is more convenient for me and makes more sense in line with other products and services we sell.

Easy to use, easy to link with storage company so no headache to script anything !

Maybe update need to be less big as some users don't wait enougth time to have it installed

I searched for a solution to backup my customers servers and workstations, some other soft propose same features but MSP360 offering : MSP solution, linked to my storage providers, very good support

The best feature is the possibility to customize the tool with my brand. This way, our customers don't need to know or understand AWS or the GCP layer for storage.

The dependency of MSP servers. It would be nice to have a native backup for MySQL and PostgreSQL

Our customers are required to make off-site backups by law. So we offered our rebranded solution to them.
