Great Backup Software!
What do you like best about the product?
First off, I like that the basic version is free. It's very easy to get up and running and backing up files to AWS Glacier. I love the UI, and everything is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits to the free version. I'm going to look into upgrading to Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up important files to AWS Glacier.

Simple backup software with great features
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best software I've found to back up to amazon glacier or sync automatically. It has all the features I wanted, and works cross platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Took about 10 minutes to become acclimated to it

What do you like best about the product?
Cloudberry lets you pick your own storage options, which gives you a ton of versatility when choosing what provider to host your backup data. This also allows you to change providers anytime you want, without having to buy new software to work with the new host. CloudBerry is powerful software with lots of backup options. Its great for both business or personal use. The software scales well depending on the needs of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Felt like the software is priced right and options offer everything I need to complete my backups

CloudBerry Backup - Excellent to start your Cloud Backup Journey!!!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most user friendly application I used till now. I was trying to push my my critical data to cloud to ensure that I have DR in place in case of any emergency. Initially I thought of outsourcing the job to third party but Cloudberry made my life so simple to push the periodic backups to google cloud storage. Screens are self explanatory and easy to navigate. No need of any special resource to manage the backup schedule now.
What do you dislike about the product?
No particular feature or absence of feature that I dislike but many versions of product make selection process confusing. Need little bit of research to match your requirement with available versions of Cloudberry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud storage is offered by many providers but link between local data and cloud was missing. Cloudberry solve not only this missing link but it also solved disaster recovery solution which was need of the hour.

What do you like best about the product?
Supports BackBlaze B2 and Google Drive. It's easy to use and it does just what I wanted, which is to upload files to the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's easy to use. I wish I didn't have to fill out this survey to get a better price, though.

Cloud storage.

It's so easy to do the "nightmare" backups, and in the free version you will have everything you want and will need. The PRO version is perfect if you are aware of some ransomware that can hurt you.

Great Backup Product
What do you like best about the product?
Cloudberry makes it very simple to get a backup up and running in no time. Easy to use interface with a ton of options to select from for just about everything you can imagine. Set your time, set the retention periods, how often you want the backups to reoccur, ransomware protection, they are all there. Image based, file, VM, SQL, Exchange versions are all available and reasonably priced. If you need to use the product as a MSP, you can easily do that too and have a very healthy profit margin with the many different storage options available to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one thing I have found that I wish were different, it would have to be with the image restorations. From what I can tell you have to restore the entire image. You can't just restore selected files from the image. Other products do allow that. As a work around, I have setup backups to run both file based and image based on the same machine so that if I need to I can go and get just that one file if I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to solve not having to buy an expensive backup solution to try and resell at a high cost to my customers. Because of the way Cloudberry is priced, I can offer a very affordable and robust backup solution to my customers at a price they can easily digest each month for backup services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and play with the different options. There is a way to make it do just about everything under the sun when it comes to a backup solution.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudBerry is very transparent and allows complete automation of backup workflows. I no longer have to do the machine backups by hand, nor do I have to rely on a mysterious process or cloud resources I don't trust. I can choose my hosting and backup process, then forget it. Love the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software doesn't directly deposit cash into my bank account.

Great and a Reliable Product
What do you like best about the product?
Have been using their products for almost 3 years now. Great product with enterprise grade reliability especially for something like backups. Lots of feature and ability to fine tune the configurations to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that i can think of so far. One feedback is if we can have like a web based console to manage the backups, then it will be easier to manage the backup plans.

Resiliency and Redundancy of data.
