What do you like best about the product?
Works remarkably well, is reliable, consistent backup, great notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is a bit of a concern with multiple accounts. Discounted volume pricing would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MSP360 as our go-to backup solution for all accounts. Primarily Server, SQL and VM Backup and recently M365 backup.

What do you like best about the product?
I do very much like that you can include remote storage systems for your repository and or can use the intergrated systems provided through MSP360. The GUI has gotten much better than it was at the beginning of when we started used the platform therefor giving it ease of use like capabilities. You can also customize the backup profiles which is a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would very much like a means or ensuring that within the backup profiles you could easily exclude things like dropbox, box, onedrive, google drive folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to have on site hardware for backups and then having to configure it to replicate off site.

What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a solution to backup Hyper-V virtual machines that fell into my lap. I looked around and kept seeing MSP360 popping up. They set a meeting up with me and went over every question I had and had an answer for everything I threw at them. I feel confident if there was a failure or I needed to restore a VM I would be able to, and have done so on a couple occasions. I have since switched all of my customers to MSP360 from SQL version of backup, to just a normal windows server to replace the on prem windows server backup. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and support I have gotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any issues or downsides. There have been a few times backups didn't complete and errors thrown, but normally it was an issue with my configuration of the backup, or the first backup not being complete when starting a second backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup and ransomware mitigation of backup, as well as eliminating having only an on prem backup in case of fire or corruption.

The licensing is friendly for very small businesses like mine

Sometimes it defaults to a server edition

Allows me to provide low cost, reliable cloud backup for my managed services customers and makes my customers "stickier".

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to install and configure, and gives helpful troubleshooting info if a backup fails for some reason. MSP360 also offers clear visbility on historic backup status. Also their support
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit cumbersome when rebuilding a server and therefore needing to restore a past backup to a different server, but the process is possible, and their support are on hand to assist if needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP gives us confidence that our important data is backed up, and in the event of a catastrophic system failure, we can rebuild our servers without too much difficulty.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely easy to use, and they have great storage options. I have always been able to get through to customer support whenever I had a problem. Installing the agent only takes under a minute and you can begin implimentation which is also a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of an annoyance than anything, the syncing of the backup data can give undesireable results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to worry about my system and data backups, because it just works and is always there.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to deploy, the interface is simple but contains exactly what you need to see. We have done restores and they have worked as promised. It can be summed up in the fact that it just works as it is supposed to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that it doens't easily intergrate into our RMM :-( But its not a HUGE deal for how good of a product it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really difficult to find a product that will just work. Something easily deployed that just does what it is supposed to do and you don't have to babysit it or jump through hoops to get it to work!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to handle my customer based remotely. Manage and monitor my Clients systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need the ability to edit the main home page (default page) to reflect what id like to see when I open MSP

The ability to integrate my cloud based drives along wiht local storage to push backups to different locations

Great high level view of assorted backups

What do you like best about the product?
The software offeres a great high level view of assorted backups. They can bee monitored easily and managed to provice consistently successful results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software's update cycle is not intuitive and has not inproved in years despite speciifc and simple suggestions to accomplish that.

We use the software for online and local backups. It's hard to beleive but when there is an Interne connectivity problme the software fails to generate local backups as usual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been working consistently (but for Internet outages) for years!
