Best and fast service to view your backups

What do you like best about the product?
Service is really fast, tell you all info about clients, there directories and sizes. Easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I really dont feel like anything that I haven't liked about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up our sharepoint and onedrive sites. No need to worry if client lose access to any files anytime, because MSP360 has got our back.

Great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
I love MSP 360 for the security it provides for my clients. The Object Lock is the biggest selling point by far for me. I can sleep at night knowing my clients data is protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I havent run into any downsides. The customer support is top notch and I havent had any software issues at all. I guess maybe the only downside I can think of is it doesnt do automatic software updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a solid software package to add to my MSP stack so I could offer onsite and offsite backup at a competitive price point to all my clients. They feel protected and I feel that I have all the disaster recovery covered with them now.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is extremely versatile and gives us a branded solution for our customers. We looked at 5 solutions and this one was perfect for us!

I have no complaints! The software works great.

Invaluable Backup Tool For Our Small School

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic backups for our servers on campus give us good peace of mind. Once the backend is set up, the app is really easy to get going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting to Backblaze was a bit convoluted and tutorials seem to be out of date, but it can still be done, just takes a bit to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 has made it easy to back up valuable data off-site. We realized how necessary this is after a ransomware attack hit our ervers last year. Our data is now not only protected against that, but against any physical disaster as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Deploying the product is quite simple. The reports give me a clear view of the back ups we manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restoring the backup to a new computer can be a bit tricky. Once you have completed a couple of times, its a piece of cake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to deploy the product without having to visit each workstation or gather reports from each unit.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple setup and amazingly smooth setup experience, from backup setup, to licensing, to management. The user experience from end user to mangement is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have had is false reports of failed backups, and issues with backup scheduling conflicting with maintenance scheduled of MSP 360.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP360 is helping us make sure our clients have good, visible comprehensive backups in the cloud and locally. We are more easily able to see what backups need attention and what dont.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using it for years and it has been totally reliable. I can trust my customers (and my own backups) in their hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of the errors could be self-fixed with the software instead of not completing backups and offering links to possible solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nightly imaging and file backups with encryption

The thing we appreciate the most is the simple pricing and reliable backups. We also appreciate the ability to utilize our own object storage.

the support has gone downhill, probably because it cannot keep up with demand as they hav grown
