Awesome Thousand Eyes
What do you like best about the product?
It's best for Monitoring and Alerts. I liked the Dashboard view also
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive and for user which are working on it first time it's hard for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving users the best monitoring solution for URL type.

Thousand Eyes has been helpful to our organization
What do you like best about the product?
Network visibility is the most useful part of ThousandEyes for us. It has helped us identify problems at the point of error.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning ThousandEyes takes some getting used to. The amount of features can be ovewhealming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is visibility to our other campuses. It helps by checking problems without going to sites in person.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good tool for monitoring URLs efficiently. It can be integrated with AppDynamics, which is helpful

We get to know when some url is down, it send email with details which is easy to follow

What do you like best about the product?
Graphical interface and traceroute. Also load page tests.

I don't dislike anything. Perhaps Zoom Test emulating videocalls.

Checking routes for all kind of traffic. Page Loads comparison between sites and test comparisons between sites.

It is very simple to setup and it becomes very useful in a short period of time.

It gives me visibility on the network which my services are traversing.
We also use it to probe the service as well.
This all enables us to be more efficient in understanding where the outages occur.

A lot of fustions, possibilities how to check network/quality/errors in the network. Insight in providers networks

Sometimes is complex, and hard to assess which test should i start to check specific parameter

It enables me to see at which point in network there is a problem, even if it's not actually part of my network yet. It also gives possibility to check quality fo user/service relation

- UI UX Experience Layer needs to be improved
- Stability in the performance of agents needs to be attended to because I have observed crashing issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before thousand eyes, we internally at Cisco did not have such a holistic tool that could guarantee the actual uptimes of our platforms and experience layers. With thousand eyes, everything starting from dashboards, alerting mechanism, seamless AppDynamics Integration , things are in much better shape now.

What do you like best about the product?
Great visibility into network status of remote user endpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
The only caveat is that sometimes alerts notifications do not clear as easily as you may want them to. Or there is no way to clear an alert by acknowledgement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found instances of high CPU utilization on remote user endpoints. The product shows uptime to our mission-critical application websites. It is very helpful by showing path traces and latency issues.
