Easy-to-Use Designer with a Helpful, Supportive Community
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use tools in Designer and there are so many helpful resources (especially the community) to help you solve anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like using the CoPilot tool to ask for a recommendation of a tool to use on the canvas. I ask it to just give me a recommendation and not to put it on the canvice, but it does it anyway. I just want the recommendations or the ability to trouble shoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting and simplifying large data in a quick and repeatable manner.

Simplifies complex data transformation and can do it with large amounts of data
What do you dislike about the product?
While the sheer number of tools does cover almost all grounds that you can cover for transforming data, it is easy to never even realize there's a tool that you could be using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transforming large amounts of data and making numerous calculations in a repeatable and convenient way.
No-Code Workflow Building Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build workflows without knowing how to code
What do you dislike about the product?
In Designer, I couldn’t run flows if the Excel file was open. We also had a separate standalone setup versus a server environment, so file management and access issues may have contributed as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alteryx helps me prepare a range of calculations on large datasets for multiple jurisdictions and providers, without relying on Excel. This has improved efficiency in my work and made the overall process smoother.

I have always found it incredibly user friendly

Nothing really... I love using it when it is the right tool for what I am trying to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with individual transaction data, which gets bigger than the limitations of other tools have. Alteryx is extremely powerful, and for a lot of these projects with huge data it gives me the ability to plan a full project from start to finish

Easy to navigate and build workflows for every day use. Lots of useful features that help with enhancing data.

some useful things are not clear unless you have seen someone else use them. Would be good to have prompts.

Ability to provide transformed and ready for analytics data. Saves me tons of time too

User friendly to use and learn the tool. Easy to launch to team

Designer only runs on PCs. And cloud is not as robust. Need more data connectors to ERPs
