Easy Microsoft 365 Integration and Multi-Customer Management for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
Ironscales is easy to setup and integrate with Microsoft 365 with additional settings for impersonation which makes Ironscales ideal for business and enterprise customers. The portal allows for easy management of multiple customers making this an ideal solution for MSPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Ironscales can deliver emails that should have been intercepted but the Ironscales support team are quick to jump on these with their AI being trained further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ironscales is a solid Ai driven email security platform providing easy centralised management of our customers email, it is an ideal email security solution for MSPs.
Centralized Email Security with Smart AI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the centralized management feature of IRONSCALES, which makes it easier for us to manage email security across different partner tenants. The platform is genuinely easy to use on a daily basis. The AI threat detection is quite impressive as it works well in catching threats that other software we've used in the past have missed. The automation provided by IRONSCALES has been a huge time-saver, reducing the hours we spend each week on manually reviewing emails. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, with much of the platform working right out of the box. Lastly, I appreciate how the IRONSCALES AI learns and evolves by gathering data across all tenants to improve its threat detection capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is they don't have a useful spam filter. They do detect and filter spam but its very limited and I think adding more functionality for this would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IRONSCALES to protect email environments from phishing, manage security across partner tenants efficiently, and save hours weekly with its AI threat detection and automation.
Easy Installation and Configuration in No Time
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to install and configure and takes no time at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes get false positives and you have to manually release them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stops nearly all spam and phishing emails
Easy to Use, Refined Email Categorization with Clear Themis Confidence Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use! Ironscales provided you with the key information for emails that the Themis is not 100% confident with, which makes it very easy for technicians to categorize the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a whole the Ironscales product is very refined. The only downside to Ironscales so far is that it operates as a scan back email solution rather than sitting in the middle of the internet and the users mailbox. This opens up a small window where emails may be read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ironscales is excellent at keeping users secure and offering training to individuals to help protect organizations.
Advanced AI Protection and Realistic Phishing Training That Truly Improves Behavior
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about IRONSCALES is its seamless blend of advanced AI threat protection and effective, realistic phishing awareness training. It stops attacks others miss and genuinely improves employee behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the phishing simulation and training features were a bit more automated and that all training videos were included in the base price. It works very well, but there’s some extra admin time involved in keeping campaigns fresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the biggest issue with traditional awareness training — lack of real behavioral change. The realistic simulations and automated reinforcement training have dramatically reduced our phishing click rates and built genuine vigilance across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
IRONSCALES is a strong email security platform that uses AI to detect and stop phishing attacks automatically. I like its easy integration, automated incident response, and user awareness training, which help reduce SOC workload and improve overall security.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of IRONSCALES is that some advanced features and configurations can take time to fully understand for new users. In some cases, automated detections may also require tuning to reduce false positives and match an organization’s environment properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IRONSCALES helps stop phishing, email fraud, and account takeover attacks using AI-driven detection and automated response. This benefits me by reducing manual security work, improving threat response time, and strengthening overall email security.

IRONSCALES is essentially built to fix gaps in traditional email security—especially around phishing, response time, and human risk and it benefits you by saving significant time and operational cost

Easy to integrate and operate, with integrated simulation and awareness training, plus DMARC management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no integration with other email providers, since it only supports O365 and Google Workspace.
