What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy way it is designed with, it is make the communication with our customers allover the world easier.

Nothing sofar i dislike about ziwo, however i hope to be upgraded

What do you like best about the product?
the voice quality is great also the user interface is easy to use and it's integration with our back office it working fast and the tools used during the call allow us to provide great customer support and I frequently use it during my shift

sometimes it's servers get down but it recovers quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided a great alternitave to communicating with the customer instead of our calling tool in the backoffice
