Simple, easy to use tech!
What do you like best about the product?
We are big fans of Kandji in the IT department. IT just works!
We set up the policies and Blueprints over a year ago and just let the system do what it does best!
We've connected it to Okta so our onboarding experience is very smooth with no interation from IT needed.
If only all platforms were this easy!

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is a little limited and could do with an overhall.

To ensure we can track and secure our end points.

Apple device management that is easy to use with friendly UI and great support.

It doesn't support Microsoft Windows OS.

The efficient, versatile, and reassuring MDM
What do you like best about the product?
It’s surprisingly quick to set up, and the interface feels welcoming to both new and experienced administrators. I really appreciate how the support team takes the time to walk you through solutions, rather than just sending links. Their hands-on approach keeps me focused on productive work instead of troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, updating certain devices requires a second attempt, which can be slightly inconvenient. Also, I’d like to see more flexible grouping features, making it easier to assign configurations to specific sets of devices without juggling multiple steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji helps me keep every device secure and consistent by automating routine tasks like software installations and compliance updates. Having a single place to push out these changes frees up my schedule, allowing me to address strategic projects rather than spending time on repetitive administrative duties.

We genuinely haven't found any major downsides - it does exactly what we need wrt MDM for our Apple devices.

I like that Kandji is an MDM platform that makes managing Apple devices simple and efficient. Its intuitive interface and automation features save considerable time, especially when onboarding new devices or deploying security policies.

While Kandji is feature-rich, some advanced customizations for unique use cases can feel slightly limited

Kandji has helped us to managed Apple devices, reducing manual intervention and streamlining operations. The automation tools have also reduced the workload for our IT team.
Kandji works very well for our needs.

We had some billing problems that seemed to drag on and on.

Kandji has simplified our process and greatly reduced the amount of time it takes to deploy (or re-deploy) devices.
Great tool for managing Apple Devices in a blended Windows/Active Directory environment.
What do you like best about the product?
It met our requirement of being able to integrate Active Directory with our Apple devices (macbooks, older imacs, iphones and ipads). The management tools for us were a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing is a little clunky, but once used to it, it's clear enough. Sales led us to make some under-funded calculations at first. The automated reports help keep us in compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with AD authentication, location services, remode administration/lock...all of these allow us to keep our Apple fleet in compliance with our security policies.
