Excellent call service for your company.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very attractive and business-like interface and can be easily managed from any mobile device, computer, or tablet. You can easily and intelligently conduct team meetings, no matter how far away you are. You can always organize group calls. Excellent audio quality; it is really fluid. Video calls are also excellent, with crisp picture quality. Provides full voicemail support when you can't make a call. Customization of the control panel. I love the service; it is very useful to always be connected with customers and the technical team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a very useful tool on the market, you can get cheaper add-ons. You need a good data connection either when using the phone or desktop application; if you have a slow connection, I do not recommend the program. Slow loading times, especially when there are meetings with many participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented this service as a much more cost-effective option for video call collaborations, especially when we were on the verge of the pandemic. We could meet without a problem thanks to Cisco's services. Furthermore, we also often conduct job interviews; we just need to make a few calls and we can interview remotely. For training and webinars, it is very useful; in fact, many times we use video calls to solve problems in real time, and we even do demonstrations of the applications we develop.

none so far. and not experinced any downside using this platform.

The most helpful feature is the ability to integrate into our current CUCM, this allowed users to seemlessly transition to remote work and not having to relearn a phone system

There are times where call quality isnt at its best but cant exactly pin this on Webex

What do you like best about the product?
Its powerful yet flexible cloud-based phone system which makes adding new users and managing devices very easy. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to use and the voice and service quality is awsome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call routing feature can be better in terms of service and efficiency. The notifications are buggy sometimes which can be annoying. Customer support should be a little more responsive in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing I found about Webex Calling is its flexibility to add and manage multiple users. It is very easy to use yet full of pro features which makes is one of the best available solutions.
Great upgrade to traditional PBX network
What do you like best about the product?
We've replaced Webex calling with PBX based traditional phone system that was running on CISCO call manager. It was a very smooth and seamless integrations and was easy to implement.

Sometimes call may get dropped or can't hear the ringing

Move phone system from traditional PBX to VoIP. That was a hugh cost saving initiative and need less resources to manage the system
Webex Calling is enterprise-ready fully featuring calling platform
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is available in a significant number of global markets. It is a fully featured, enterprise-ready telephony platform. The phone models are well-made, rock-solid devices. Softphone apps are equally useful tools. One of the coolest features is a "pull call" feature, allowing live calls to be moved seamlessly from physical to softphones. Support is excellent and can pull full SIP logs for troubleshooting. The Control Hub is constantly being improved with customer suggestions. Minimal downtime even when the Webex messaging cloud sees issues (which is rare).
What do you dislike about the product?
The legacy of Broadcloud as the base for Webex Calling is still evident in the User Portal, though this is being improved. Some Control Hub updates are implemented without warning, so there can sometimes be some admin headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are actively pursuing new markets globally. They have a agile development process for implementing new features. It's clear Cisco is spening a lot of money improving Webex Calling.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and screen sharing is easy peasy. Mostly liked the whiteboard future which is collaborative. And I can just schedule and create alerts over email too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt the call customization, such as background changing, is not available on this. Suddenly the call quality is reduced, and the video feed buffers. It stuck for some time and started again on its own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can write anything, notes on white board.
Screen sharing is so easy here. We can connect from a dial up connectionms and landphone from us and mobile app is also very good to use. and i can record sessions smoothly.

Cisco Partner using Webex Calling
What do you like best about the product?
We migrated from on-prem CUCM and discovered Webex Calling is a great solution. One of the best things is being cloud-based, significantly simplifying the infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling Plan is unavailable in my country (Brazil), so this can be improved. Compatibility with older devices such as 3905 would also be nice to have. Features such as Billing/CDR/Usage Reports could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to a smaller office so there isn't much room for physical gear anymore. So, being able to use as much Cloud solutions as possible is a huge benefit as it saves physical space, power, and simplifies our internal IT operation as well.
