Calling -- quick and effective
What do you like best about the product?
ability to call right from the desktop in the app I am using 95% of my time. Ability to transfer to cell phone or join other people with a click or 2
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calling doesn't connect all the time or it loses connectivity. Occasionally, once in a webex meeting and you end and get a call it doesn't connect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having to use or log into a desk phone or use my cell phone all the time
I love this secure, feature rich product from top to bottom!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Wbex calling is being able to manage all employees under one pane of glass! No matter which location they are at, they are only a click away!
What do you dislike about the product?
The seamlesss integration with MS Teams makes it easy for anyone to use. I only dislike that I didn't find webex calling much sooner for our organizaztion to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling bridges the gap for our old phone service and contact center. With skills based routing, call recording and open API's right out of the box, consider me happy!
Webex Calling Streamlines Configuration for IT staff and end users
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use and ease of configuration for IT staff. no more need to manage on-prem hardware and the ability to have a robust system in multiple datacenters with minimal effort
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization of device lines is lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creates the ability to migrate off our on-prem CUCM, Toshiba and Avaya systems to create an environment with one solution
WebEx Calling has made deploying remote workers into a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with CUCM and how easy it is to get a user setup and deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of control over the WebEx app roll out and how simple things like the alert ringers has hit a bug in 2 versions (42.9 and 42.10). Frustrating our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEx Calling has allowed a daunting transition of deploying hardware to remote workers into just a few clicks to have them set up within a couple of minutes.
Enterprise Grade Calling Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup. Multitude of deployment options to accommodate any customer needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features are not available compared to on-prem CUCM such as translation patterns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small scale customers need enterprise grade calling without deploying multiple on-premise servers. Webex Calling is infinitely easier to setup with them and works out of the box.
Webex is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is easy to use. The app has access to persistent chat messages with my team members. All of my calls, chats and voicemails are contained in one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is my least favorite part of the app.

Webex combines voice, chat and collaboration in a single easy to use application.

Control Hub is less confusing than CUCM.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is what most people like best about Webex Calling. It's just a click-and-go type of situation and people seem to love it around here. It has helped a number of users in our company. A large number of our user population using webex Go to be able to connect outside of the office!
What do you dislike about the product?
So people didnt quite grasp the new concept of webex calling and how it works since the new Webex Calling has ao many additional features and ways to connect. Our internal team were able to support and easily teach users how to utilize this new feature we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling didnt solve a problem that we had previously rather than helping us grow what we had in place. The scalability as we rolled out Webex across our organization made the project so easy for admin's and the helpdesk staff. Users can now have easy to use communication outside of the office.
The best cloud calling solution I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling has a great feature set but is also really easy to set up and manage. Everything is managed through Webex Control Hub, which makes provisioing very fast, troubleshooting easy, and RMACs very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some of the finer levels of configuration that you would get with Unified Communications Manager but for overall majority of customers, this is not a problem. And Webex Dedicated instance is available if that level of configurability is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WXC is simple to manage, fast to deploy and easy to make changes. This reduces administration and management overheads and doesn't require highly specialised skill sets.
Webex Calling: The Industry's "Revolution"
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the clarity of sound on Webex Calling. We've used other web-based phone platforms in the past, and some of them can be pretty choppy and difficult to understand. With Webex, we always know that our calls will go through so we can communicate effectively with customers and clients. Additionally, the low monthly price point is fantastic for a business like ours that needs to stay within budget!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Webex Calling is the price. It's somewhat high when compared to other similar instruments. Also, there should be a help desk so that users can report any issues and receive prompt resolutions rather than having to switch apps entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can contact a coworker via Cisco Webex calling whenever I become stalled on a concept and require immediate feedback. You will have more free time as a result. You can also address a large group of coworkers with your concerns through the conference call feature.
