What do you like best about the product?
We will not miss a call, and a notification app is available on both PC and mobile. All the essential features for calls like do not disturb, call forwarding, call on hod, call conference are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call audit quality may affect due to internet connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex call is a very useful application for centralized team management. Connect with your team anytime and from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best calling cloud based software for replacing PBX network system in enterprise or home.

This is useful in contact centre where calling is more important it collaborates everything under one proof like massaging chatting or meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex constantly improves with its frequent updates, giving us users more tools during our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex does not connect to the meeting right away occasionally. Webex would load and buffer up to 95% but would freeze. This issue happens infrequently and is fixed quickly by relaunching the meeting usually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the pandemic, grouping everyone into a room is a thing of the past. Many colleagues are working from home, and Webex offers a solution to meet with everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Webex has created not only a video conferencing platform but also a way to make simple calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although initially setting up these meetings for my boss involved a learning curve, after getting used to it and learning more about the system, it was easier to use.

Webex has been very beneficial during the pandemic for professional communication between peers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connection and the possibility to use it on a mobile device in the same way as on a PC makes the experience of using the tool very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed interference when all microphones and two participants are open or when several people speak at the same time. It seems that the sound is blown out and this is extremely annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the current pandemic situation, the Organization's employees can work from home using the tool as if they were here at headquarters. This saves us time, costs with tyransport, energy, water and also protects everyone account Covid 19

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is one of the best web conferencing software available in the market. It has very low latency which results in very few call dropping. Lots of features along with donot disturb capability can be found. You can start out with WebEx Calling for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about WebEx Calling. It is simply the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WebEx Calling, video calling and web conferencing has become very easy for our company. WebEx gives us the opportunity to have seamless conversations with their products. It has removed the headache of distance latency based conversations through VoIP conferencing.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is an online team meeting tool that allows its users to meet, chat, call, collaborate face to face all from one place, communications software that works in an extraordinary way, with countless functions and fabulous features of the which we can enjoy in its entirety, a complete, full and very well structured program, offers very complete characteristics, the image quality and quality of wireless connection and audio without failures or interruptions, the simplicity of its configuration in addition to the characteristics, functions, immediate solutions, affordable plan prices, it is a program that offers more than what we normally need to carry out our meetings online. The experience will always be satisfactory with the use of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling is a team collaboration software that allows us to carry out our work effectively regardless of the place or the device, providing a quality and high-level service, since I used this program together with my team we have had a unique experience and nice, it has not presented us faults and any type of problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite aspect of Webex Calling is the solutions it offers to its users, the variety of functions that allows without any limits to collaborate in a productive and successful way, I really like the ease with which we can connect in videoconference and at the same time interact through chats with instant messaging, I really like the security, speed, the option to share files, team rooms, and being able to connect from any device, without barriers or loss of time, it is a wonderful software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Webex Calling for all use cases for work, home, education. It is an extremely flexible and intuitive online communications software that provides great solutions, excellent features, basic and advanced functions, affordable plans, excellent communications coverage, it allows us to collaborate from any device, it is very easy to use and great.

Best Meeting Conducting Application

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling based on Cloud phone services is the best option to call or receive for meetings. Webex works very efficiently and promptly. It stores the conversation in the form of a thread. We can record meetings which makes it more efficient to use while conducting meetings; since Webex supports browsers, there is no compulsion to download applications. Webex allows saving attendance with exact timestamps for more precise analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version supports only 50min calling; Interface is a bit difficult to get user friendly, and there are some security drawbacks, Its easy to spam meeting with bots and can easily ruin meetings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since business is spread all over countries, it's easy to conduct a meeting using Webex calling. It helps to record sessions and take attendence.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is that it stores the conversations in a thread, and it is possible to have team spaces, as chat groups, and that is is well integrated with Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how the CPU usage increases with Webex usage. It is a too demanding tool and slows down my computer and my colleagues´.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for internal and external communication, and it because the most used tool within the company due to the quarantine. We use it the whole time to be in contact with our colleagues. It is integrated with our Outlook and the receives pop-ups when we have meetings, so this good integration was well done.

If you dont want to share your whole desktop screen.You can present one specific application like excel or some pdf file.which is awesome.

Individual messenger is not available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am attending all my onsite meeting on webex without physically being on site.
