Very easy to use and super clear

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use and has emoticons to express your feelings without even uttering a word, that the best thing which I found on it, It has options to do selective chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I required a very high speed internet connectivity which is the thing which I find bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To schedule any random calls without using the phone number or email id and the selective chatting is very very nice feature in this.

One of a kind video conferencing product

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is full of features and have fulfilled every aspect of their commitments to a perfect video conferencing tool, it makes daily standups, client calls and everything in between a breeze with its powerful yet simple interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some annoying bugs some times, but nothing too bad. UI can also be improved in some of the places, other than this I haven't found any major problems with this product yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Saves time by easily letting you set up meetings/conferences
2) Has a plethora of options and configurations to fine-tune your video call experience
3) Security

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling allows me to use my phone to attend and make calls rather than a laptop, which is a considerable benefit when I don't have access to the company laptop while out of the office to solve urgent issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web-based interface still lacks the utility offered by the desktop application and has scope for improvement. Also, the desktop application needs admin privileges to install, should have a portable version as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Webex to have weekly calls to streamline our deliverables. The ability to have multiple users available on call and come up with solutions is effortless, thanks to Webex calling.

Web-Ex Calling is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Web-Ex Calling is especially easy to use. It also integrates well with apps such as Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company had to stop using Web-Ex due to its cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We held our training courses as well as impromptu meetings using this app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If the price were lower we might still be using this app at Synopsys.

Easy to do conferencing call audio and video.

Need to install app then after I can used calling facility.
Need to develop on web services.

Intraction and attend job interview on video calling.
Easy to connect from anywhere through link and mobile application.
Invite and share screen during meeting.
Free software available in playstore for video and audio calling.

Handy alternative

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use from my desktop. I can call any of my contacts with a click of a button. It was easy to port to from another digital calling platform. It is definitely a good alternative to other digital calling platforms out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my country it is not as well known as other platforms. Therefore, when I schedule a meeting, I often request to change the meeting to another platform since everyone is more familiar with those. I think the mindset can change after people get more familiar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started to suggest alternatives to the company since Zoom meetings can sometimes be a nightmare to join. Sometimes their desktop app doesn’t work and you are forced to join via the browser. You just wouldn’t know on the day.

We were looking for a video calling tool that we can use for our enterprise and off-shore clients. Webex calling was the perfect tool for this purpose. In terms of benefits, we are getting crystal clear audio and video quality.

A Great Alternative to Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling makes it super easy to connect my mobile number to the app and easily make calls to any of my contacts right from my desktop or the app on my cell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of folks out there today using any other calling solutions beyond Zoom and I've gotten feedback that it'd be easier for me to just use Zoom for business calls/meetings so folks don't have to create or login to another account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started looking for alternative calling solutions last year when Zoom connection quality and stability was constantly trash due to being overloaded by the mass influx of at-home workers. I had to restart my computer and make sure every window but Zoom was closed if I had any hope of my call not disconnecting or having to repeat, "Sorry, what was that?" every ten minutes. People really hated that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a general Webex account and are signed up for Webex Apps with the same login info. The iOS app is garbage FYI (seems to still be a beta version...that's what feel it gives anyways) and I have YET to figure out how to connect my cell phone to the app so I can make Webex calls over cell phone data when I don't have wifi

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to hold meetings with my team from different locations. I like that we have rooms that are set up specifically for weber meetings. Make presentations easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more difficult to use when trying to do a course. Through work we use it for special courses and we sometimes have to team up with others. On Microsoft soft teams you can have break out meeting, where you don't have to use another form of communication to do separate work. Weber doesn't have this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The obvious problem being solved is the separation that has occurred because of covid. It was extremely beneficial to collaborate with my team where we normally don't have to be apart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is useful but temperamental if you are not good with technology.

What do you like best about the product?
Good software for calling and receiveing calls. The call quality is pretty good and allows good collaboration with chat
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes browser connectivity is painful even when the internet is good, requires client/add on download to connect in those cases and delays call joining
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
centralized software across the enterprise, helps to schedule and track all calls under single umbrella and provides good insight into usage across organization
