Very Versatile software
What do you like best about the product?
The cross-platform versatility is what interests me the most. We can conference with people using Linux, Windows, Windows Phone, iOS, and even blackberry; All connected in one meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Webex Calling service glitches a lot. Sometimes the video gets distorted and sometimes the screen completely blacks out. Another issue is that the audio of the speaker lags behind the video. Meaning that the audio is delayed with the video, enormous problem of synchronization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key feature which the software is solving for me is the swift option to switch from a voice call to a video call. I often have to switch to a video call after having done a voice call to make my colleagues understand something or the other and this feature helps me a lot.
Cloud calling phone for every business
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling is the best way to make and receive phone calls online. It is easy to use and offers you to create conference calls with up to 100 participants. Its calling service is simple and stress free. It is the best cloud telephony service till date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime user Interface is confusing. Free version has only 50 minutes of calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service is wonderful. This is the perfect service for any small business trying to grow. I recommend webex calling to anyone who has a business and requires an 2nd business phone.
High quality audio and video very helpful software to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
I believe it's one of the advanced software which helps us communicate with each other, Fantastic design for small and colossal businesses. I love the flexibility of this software and its fantastic design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not found anything wrong with this software, Honestly said, its impressive feature helps us a lot, and hat's off to the makers who make our life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using google frequently google meet. One of my colleagues suggested Webex calling software, and I compared that with google meet I found terrific voice quality and video. It's one of the best creations in the software industry. I used this software in my small organization and for my personal use too.

Excellent software. It's my honor to use one of the best and friendly software. It's connect me to communicate with my several clients around the globe with high-speed and helpful software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface needs to work on it. Otherwise, all the services I like and highly appreciate. It's fantastic software and very efficient to communicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, I utilize this software with my friends abroad to communicate, and then I realize it's a professional software like zoom. I recommended various organizations, either small and massive businesses. As a branch manager, I am also using this software to attend meetings online, like the high-quality audio and video.

I genuinely like this software all that I need in one spot. One of the fantastic software will connect each other with incredible features high-quality audio and video calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
A portion of the element can be hard to utilize. I wish it addressed different frameworks more than I use at work, like google meet and zoom meeting. Overall experience was excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this software in my organization for meeting purposes, and I love how it works with high-quality voice and HD video. I am amazed to see the features. Before webex I was using google meet and zoom. Suppose you want me to compare. I will go for Webex with its lovely quality and unique features.

The system has a user-friendly interface, and simple deployment. The configuration is simple, it does not require any kind of training to use also gives you the versatility of the cloud without any compromise.

After the Pandemic is perfect to have a tool like Webex since it is effective and allows you to be connected, the call quality is excellent and has wold coverage.

I have better communication with colleagues and whenever there is doubt in a project is easy to call and stay connected between us. Also, you can easily share data without the risk of safety.
Best Calling Application
What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Webex calling is wonderful, I am using Webex calling for professional use it. It is very easy to use and best part of it's quality of calling. I am really a fan of their calling quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex calling logging issue happens much time, majorly while using slow internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to talk with people from anywhere. I can set the different layouts of calls while having in meets or webnair.

It is my personal recommendation to use Webex calling if you really need to use VOIP features.

Great Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Webex constantly improves with its frequent updates, giving us users more tools during our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex does not connect to the meeting right away occasionally. Webex would load and buffer up to 95% but would freeze. This issue happens infrequently and is fixed quickly by relaunching the meeting usually.

With the pandemic, grouping everyone into a room is a thing of the past. Many colleagues are working from home, and Webex offers a solution to meet with everyone.
