Best App to connect with Teams in software
What do you like best about the product?
An easy and quick way to connect with Peers of my organization, and we can share screen and code with our teammates to do a code review of regulation in same team so that we can have an efficient code in the repo
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one thing which I dislike is, it takes first time more time to load an application and consumes more internet to connect to a video call, but again once connected, we can proceed smoothly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In My software/Project team, we used to connect in Webex call with the team to discuss problems and blockers of the team members and sometimes code review weekly twice

I will always use to tell people to use Webex then zoom

Webex Calling is a different kind of professional cloud calling platform
What do you like best about the product?
One thing we are all aware of is that the whole world has gone through a pandemic situation in the last two years. Especially those of us who do customer service providers have had the most problems. There were lockdowns in many countries. No one could get out of the house, all businesses were closed. That's why after the customer service system stopped. So we decided that we, all of our staff, would be at home at the same time with customer service. One of our clients talks to us about Webex Calling. When we found out it was created by Cisco itself. Then we were overwhelmed. Because there are so many types of online calling service providers in the market. We all know Cisco is a familiar face in the networking world. This calling platform is completely different and unique. It is completely cloud-based and this platform uses SaaS technology. It enables Multiple Integration Mobility, Superfast buffer-free audio-video calling and hi-tech routing enabled. This platform is designed to keep pace with the next generation. It can be done multiple times for pobox functionality. Such as call transfer, voice mail, call pickup and many more are attached to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform has been very much liked by many staff of my organization, many of our clients, and me. The platform is available in the web version, desktop version, and Android and iOS version. So anyone can easily use it in different ways, from anywhere easily. The configuration method of this platform is straightforward. WebexCalling's customer support is very commendable. This is a multifunctional calling provider. I haven't experienced anything bad yet. I hope not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best features of all is the platform. We have several Cisco desktops for customer service in our office. By setting up Webex Calling on this desktop, we can get rid of the cellphone. We can instantly message clients' needs through this platform. We can share files of any size instantly. We can have group chats directly with many clients at once.

Its a single platform for all employees to offer a consistent connection

Conferencing annotation doesn't work well at times

Using it as an additional collaboration tool for enriching positive experience

I am solving the problem of issues with social distancing when using webex calling. This is a huge benefit because I can now have meetings more regularly

Love the feature that blocks out outside noise other than from the person speaking! No other platform has noise cancelling features that come close to comparing.

It can be hard to log in if you do not already have a Webex account.

Connecting with partners and utilizing the event features.

Webex is the best platform out there. They are constantly making updates for the benefit of all Webex features.
Very Versatile software
What do you like best about the product?
The cross-platform versatility is what interests me the most. We can conference with people using Linux, Windows, Windows Phone, iOS, and even blackberry; All connected in one meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Webex Calling service glitches a lot. Sometimes the video gets distorted and sometimes the screen completely blacks out. Another issue is that the audio of the speaker lags behind the video. Meaning that the audio is delayed with the video, enormous problem of synchronization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key feature which the software is solving for me is the swift option to switch from a voice call to a video call. I often have to switch to a video call after having done a voice call to make my colleagues understand something or the other and this feature helps me a lot.
Cloud calling phone for every business
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling is the best way to make and receive phone calls online. It is easy to use and offers you to create conference calls with up to 100 participants. Its calling service is simple and stress free. It is the best cloud telephony service till date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime user Interface is confusing. Free version has only 50 minutes of calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service is wonderful. This is the perfect service for any small business trying to grow. I recommend webex calling to anyone who has a business and requires an 2nd business phone.
High quality audio and video very helpful software to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
I believe it's one of the advanced software which helps us communicate with each other, Fantastic design for small and colossal businesses. I love the flexibility of this software and its fantastic design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not found anything wrong with this software, Honestly said, its impressive feature helps us a lot, and hat's off to the makers who make our life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using google frequently google meet. One of my colleagues suggested Webex calling software, and I compared that with google meet I found terrific voice quality and video. It's one of the best creations in the software industry. I used this software in my small organization and for my personal use too.
