- Easy to add phones, users, and places
- Simless end-user expirience
- Easy to administrer small ammount of phones

- It is not scalable for the large ammount of phones
- There is no way to sort phones by location and DID
- There is no way to sort phones by location and DID
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good for small companies. Better investement than going with BE6K for less than 30 phones
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have a correct description/name for places and phones - it will be easy to track them.

I like that you don't have to buy and maintain equpiment on your own. Supper easy for a smaller org.

Doesn't seam like a vialble option for a bigger corp

I like that I can be on many devices and have t he same user experience.

None I can think of. We have been very pleased with the implementation.

Standard global dial plan, interoffice dialing globally.

Some issues ewith the application and the audio quality. It can be difficult to transfer from the app to utilizing the phone dial tone.

Mobile app - clunky when trying to use the mobile app audio

Webex with o365
What do you like best about the product?
It was impressed that I am able to use o365 accout while using Webex meeting so I can use any data under my account with o365 from anywhere. it will be very useful, I bet!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still requred more bandwidth to make the webex session smoothly. Still need to be improved.

It need to be more simple to be user friendly. Becasue not all user are IT people who have technical skills.
