Great support
What do you like best about the product?
The InsideView account team and support team provides excellent service. They are responsive, flexible and close the loop on open requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some data gaps on some mid-sized businesses, but those gaps do get filled over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have enabled our sales people to research prospect companies right in our CRM system.

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to do research on companies and find information that allows myself, as a sales person, to improve my prospecting techniques

Sometimes the information is not fully up-to-date

I find that it allows me to work more efficiently and identify better opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
Insights by InsideView is an amazing tool to integrate with Dynamics CRM. It brigs a lot of value to our sales team and has definitely helped with user adoption! If there are any issues, the support team is very helpful and quick to reply. As I understand it, they are actual employees of InsideView so they have more of a vested interest in doing a good job!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am racking my brain - I guess the only think I can come up with is that I wish LinkedIn was integrated so users could connect LinkedIn with InsideView once and it would stay up to date. I understand the reasoning and it is not that big of a deal, but that is the only negative I could come up with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a holistic picture of our client and saves the sales team a lot of time. They don't have to go to 5-6 different places to do research before visiting a client, it is all right on the client record inside of CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the account overview and press releases very helpful when trying to dissect a company. I also like how there are contacts inputted into the system and you can export them into your contact list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the ability to have more contacts to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding more value in press releases and also some contact I cannot find they are there.

It is a great tool when looking through a company so highly recommended.

The site is very user friendly. The information I get from the updates is key in helping me stay up to day with my clients

Contact info and be lacking at times. Outside of that I am happy with the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Daily emails with relevant articles about the clients I support. The Salesforce and LinkedIn integration allows for a more streamlined workflow.

Receiving two InsideView Insights emails each day instead of one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Insideview Insight email alerts keep me up to date with current financial and other news for my clients. This helps me from spending time researching.
When sales teams don't know where to begin...
What do you like best about the product?
As strategic marketer, we get to ask about target audience quite a lot - InsideView help us direct brokers to a starting point to select the target audience for their campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe that it's not promoted enough among sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to give brokers insight to target end-users and lists they can search and manage themselves - some of these brokers have realized the value of collaboration and sharing data with our Research teams, sharing comps with JLL analysts and increasing Spider & CRM utilization. It would be great to educate our sales teams even more on all the tools available to them.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Regional Director of National Accounts with Adecco, InsideView is a vital tool to achieve my long-term and short-term goals as a sales professional. As a part of my strategic plan, I lean on InsideView to create my key target accounts, utilizing the Build a List feature. These tools allow me an opportunity to create a strategic plan and follow up on it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
InsideView is very intuitive to use, so I don't have any dislikes for the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By giving me the tools I need to investigate companies upfront, I ensure that my research is conducted in the most efficient and effective manner possible. In my daily routine, I utilize InsideView with my CRM integration. This process allows me to pinpoint key decision-makers, providing me with all of their contact information and social media accounts right at my fingertips, ensuring that I am armed with powerful information. InsideView is one of the sharpest tools in my toolbox.

InsideView is a Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView allows you to view additional information about a company and even see other people who work there. It's also great for generating lists because you can search for contacts based on SIC code, industry, job title, etc. InsideView also links right with Dynamics CRM so you can upload leads right into your system.

You have to pay extra to be able to search by technology
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating new marketing lists. InsideView has helped me build new lists and add people to our marketing campaigns.
