An amazing business tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to drill down data and get anything from size, revenue, news and insights of a company all the way down to decision makers and relevant contacts is what makes this tool invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about it. Sometimes I find that the info is not updated however I'm happy to report my findings and have Insightview update the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to identify prospects, locate decision makers, drill down my marketplace and leverage the data provided to help me accomplish my business objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely necessary tool if you're in the sales industry. No better option to data mine and know that you're getting a reliable result.

What do you like best about the product?
Tech Profiler is an excellent and under-utilized piece of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of aggregated tech profiler reports for a watchlist would be helpful

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to track and measure account activity/penetration.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the end of the day, Engagio is a data visualization tool and to get the most out of it you need to spend a lot of time working through the tool. It doesn't directly impact our bottom line or have an immediate impact on our GTM strategy or programs. Insights gleaned are usually after the fact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track account activity and penetration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would like to see Engagio incorporate Intent Data - if you could blend intent data with the engagement scores of current prospects, you could really paint an entire 360° view of prospects and customers.

I love how easy it is to see who of my contacts are engaging the website for follow up.

Could be better if more predictive analytics were added

What do you like best about the product?
It will have complete address with Phone number also with industry type location & also few contacts classifying the department & job level very appreciable.Im using this insideview since a long time which made me find data very easy when compared to other data tools in the Market. I vote for Insideview also suggest other to use this as a part of your data tools. There are also a few data analytics provided by this tool about their revenue & also industry type establishment and also ownership which is very crucial for any pre sales

Engagio bridges the gap between Sales & Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio's platform has bridged the gap between sales and marketing within our organization. Sales now has a clear understanding of how marketing activities are impacting their overall territory and how to use that information to manage their account strategy.

On the marketing side, we consistently use Engagio data for attribution, account scoring, 1:1 and 1:Few ABM account behavior, and campaign reporting.

I've been in sales and marketing for most of my professional career. Engagio is, hands down, the most valuable software platform I have used to date in the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is really easy to use, my only feedback would be that filters can be unexpectedly sticky and the sales reps sometimes get confused when data is missing because of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most recently we've been able to build marketing campaign reports. We can easily view the most engaged users tied to our campaigns with their specific list of marketing activities and behavior along with the SDR follow up activity logged in Salesforce. Engagio tells a bigger story than just a campaign report with SQLs and pipeline generated.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily find new leads and additional contacts for accounts; very easy to add new accounts the the database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email addresses or website addresses are inaccurate. Some contacts listed have left the company many months or even years prior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
East access to new accounts/contacts.

Experiment first before downloading information into your CRM

Invaluable insight into account interactions

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to gain deep insights into account level engagement and flexibility to run cross object reports with ease. I love that Engagio is beginning to integrate third party applications for "actions" which will allow us to quickly execute an ad campaign or drop people into a sales cadence based on their level of engagement, all without having to leave the platform. Engagio is so flexible that the possibilities really are endless with how we can use the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a ton of valuable data available but all of that information can be overwhelming at times. Having different levels of visibility based on user type could help focus various teams on the information that is most actionable based on their role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagio gives us that one view of all interactions vs. having our sellers and marketers have to look in multiple applications to understand what is happening at any account. This helps our sellers be more efficient and have a better understanding of what is happening within their accounts. Lots of our sellers have technology overload and Engagio allows us to simplify their process and what they need to look at each day.
Engagio is also helping us to improve our funnel reporting at the account level through the incorporation of 3rd party intent data and their new journey mapping functionality. We are able to do this without complicated algorithms and we can make changes on the fly.

What do you like best about the product?
Every Monday morning receiving an email reminder of which individuals and companies have been active in research.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this point. I wish I could use the Market insights for deeper account detailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to target the right customers by knowing their level of engagement. Saving time and increasing daily productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You cannot use Engagio and not be successful. Use it for what it's worth.
