I like the centralization of account/activity information all at your fingertips in one GUI interface

Sometimes a little difficult to maneuver through dashboard

The "newly engaged" and amount of times/minutes they visited

I do not like that it populates leads/accounts that I already have an opportunity with in Salesforce.

Excellent platform to find insights about our customers
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio is helping us to understand our data better, to communicate better with our customers, and ultimately to create an excellent ABM program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionalities for metrics are not there yet. For example, the web tracking function is not implemented yet, and nowadays it is really important for Marketers to have this data in one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to understand our customers better and to engage new potential accounts base on what they are looking or using on our website.

We're using Engagio a little outside the box. It's been incredibly useful driving our drip campaigns and measuring their success rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to us using it slightly outside the norm there are a few things we'd like to tweak about it.

We're using it to measure traction across various campaigns

It's a great tool. We're having a lot of success using it outside the norm.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Engagio is the extreme detail it goes into to inform and educate the user on behalf of the information it gathers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worse thing about the platform is the sheer amount of data available can be overwhelming to the user and difficult to pinpoint which information is the most important. Sometimes there seems to be contradicting results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I work with so many large accounts, it can be time-consuming to individually pinpoint who has the most engagement with our content and resources, thus leading to the most valuable conversations. Engagio does the work for me that allows me to focus on what's most important.

you can search specific accounts to see who has engaged over a 12-18 month span! Great for putting together point of views on accounts

it logs me out frequently so I have to log back in

Lead flow within accounts versus lead by lead basis. Love that you can get a gage on what a specific company cares about to tailor that to your outreach.
