The Marketing Leader
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing which I like the most being a marketing and sales person is the company information displayed with all the details of employees. The data research and getting the services of companies has been so easy just because of InsideView. I can also plan my campaigns through InsideView. There are a lot more which I haven't explored yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to be dislike in this but one thing I recently observed is the company data isn't updated. There were employees who left the company but still showing their contact in the company profile. Other than that the team is doing great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting details at one place of companies or their employees. There is no other place where I can get all this information at one platform. I have saved my most of time searching for employees of the company but InsideView helped me get those in no time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must try platform to get all the details at one place. This will save your time and get you the results for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
insideview helps me determine where to be sending my meetings when they are a sub of a parent company. I would never know what the family tree looks like without it!

what I dont like about inside view is that sometimes the info is not the most accurate.

insideview helps me understand the backbone of companies and organizations.
Best Customer Experience Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The MQA account field is great! It is by far the best part of the tool. Especially if you use the filter, "Accounts with zero sales activity". That shows you which accounts you should prioritize that have not been touched.
After using the MQA field, I usually go into the "Awareness" section to help prioritize tier two accounts (ones that have had engagement, but not enough to be qualified as a "Marketing Qualified Account").

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the tool is really great. The emails are great to understand levels of engagement. However, it is absolutely essential to dig into the webpage to get a more in depth understanding of the activity going on in our accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where to prioritize my time/who to go after for prospecting. Once I've been in an account, it also tells me what departments/levels need more outreach. If your organization requires you to build executive & IT alignment, the heatmap is great for holding yourself accountable. The benefits speak for themself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it. The tool is amazing and it adds tremendous value to the sales & marketing organizations. It' helps AE's prioritize which accounts they should add to their list based on engagement. It is great for ADR's to help discover which accounts to focus on/where to spend their time. I use the Marketing Qualified accounts the most- I'd say it is the most helpful tool for prospecting into accounts.

"Insights" and "Industry" Use these features extensively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could go deeper with contact names. Most names shown can be found on companies website.

Building a profile. Better account penetration and understanding.

Insideview is a good platform for preliminary research
What do you like best about the product?
It quickly tells you the vitals (phone number, website, revenue, employee count) and validates what you are calling on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version lacks in the details (up to date contacts, accurate corporate relationship info).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes marketing to new accounts quicker by validating the companies I'm researching.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Offer a cheaper product and more benefits to using the software (keeping up to date contact information).
Great Data Provider
What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of the overall data is far more reliable than our previous provider(ZoomInfo)
What do you dislike about the product?
The InsideView data set needs to be improved. What they can provide on the accuracy front, they severely lack from a quantity standpoint. Also, the Admin tools need a complete overhaul. Having to contact my sales rep or "Success Manager" every time I need to add a user is not the way to do business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining direct contact information for prospecting purposes. We have seen a much higher contact rate than ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the tools you purchased are working properly. We had a few difficulties with one of the products, but the support team was able to identify the issue.

Being able to see who is engaging with your website is an absolute must.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little confusing to set up, and to toggle between views. It's also hard to set up a search..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see exactly who is coming to our website. I have set up several meetings with people engaged with our company, simply because I knew they were on our website. I wouldn't have known to reach out otherwise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure you understand exactly how to use the platform, and test adoption with other users. They will need to know if this is something that they can use, and if it's something they will use, in order for it to be worth it for your team.
Insight to key contact's engagement
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to see where and what people are spending time on, is the best information I have gotten as a salesperson. Our team can review and target which contact we shall spend more time and what contents they are interested in. This makes much easier to connect with the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
More intel and transparency of the prospects, not only prospects that we have sent been in contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending my time to the right prospect with what they are interested in.

slow to sync with SFDC

I do like the reporting functionality that pulls in the visual force pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the slowness it takes to sync within the UI to get the new reports to be created.

Tough sales that we are trying to close we are trying to grab contacts which are engaging which we have not reached out to.
