Excellent platform with great roadmap
What do you like best about the product?
Datasets are really comprehensive, especially for international businesses. Onboarding was exceptional with so much help for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really experienced anything negative on the platform yet. However, our team hasn't explored all components yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better targeting for our advertising spend. More comprehensive account research and overlaying of intent data with our 1st party data.

Customer success team is always responsive and helpful. They try to understand use cases and problems to solve and place their best positioned person to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "unknown" data in Europe due to GDPR

Combining intent data with other dat to ensure you target the whole buying group for an account.
Powerful platform, easy to use - but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to use. Easy to deploy and implement. Customer support quick to respond, and it has a wide range of features. Company invested in their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data structure needs reviewing (e.g. parent child). Intent can be improved.

Anonymous and person scoring - helping to see engagement of our priority accounts and who is in market.

The sessions today have been great and it's good to take back learnings and new developments to customers

not all my customers have Demandbase so that is the downside

What our buying groups are interested in for us and for our customers it's a lot about moving buying groups down the customer journey
It is ideal tool for visualizing data in already created panels
What do you like best about the product?
I like Demandbase because it combines public web browsing data with internal data, such as emails sent, to map account interactions. I also like that the platform integrates with a wide variety of systems and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase has been excellent in every way. So far, my experience has been good, I have no negative comments regarding its functionality. It's extremely easy to use, so the adaption process for our employees has been incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to offers better service to our customers. We also use it to analyze prospecting activity, which allows us to visualize all interaction moments, create hear maps, and even identify the profile browsing our website.
A really good tool providing accurate contact details
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Demandbase is a very useful tool for finding the right people and reaching out to them directly. I like how easily it measures the return on investment (ROI) of B2B marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have nothing negative to say about this platform. The impact it has had on our organization members has been truly positive, just as we hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we use it to improve the identification of target accounts and prioritize those most likely be become customers or qualified leads. It also allows us to proactively address customer needs by providing predictive insights into their behavior and intentions.
Easy to access, reliable and very genuine
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very authentic and reliable source, providing accurate direct contact information. Its most notable feature is its targeted filters, extensive contact information database, and detailed company information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see additional features specifically for finding numbers, it would be even better with additional software integrations. I'd also like the option to enter them directly in the extension.

It's an invaluable tool for those looking to optimize their strategy, it provides confidence when searching through the platform. The database is quite extensive, helping us better understand our potential customers.
It is powerful, really powerful and very easy to use

The prospecting information available is vast, offering multiple ways automate your customer interactions. All of this is very easy to use thanks to its intuitive interface, and many of its built-in features simplify the process. I like its filters for finding potential leads I want to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience so far has been excellent, I have nothing to dislike about Demandbase One. It meets my expectations, a fantastic platform in every way.

The platform is very easy to use, it's become my go-to tool. It has a huge impact on productivity, I have multiple communication channels. It allows me to easily reach potential clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers valuable information, I like how it allows us to run a centralized campaign. It allows us to filter data by preferred sector, it's an extremely valuable tool. I like being able to import and submit data.

I'd like to receive the most recent emails, it would be even better with a few minor improvements. Sometimes the data isn't up to date for a specific market.

I use it daily to find potential client's, it helps with account-based prospecting. It facilitates lead generation with numerous features and has improved my prospecting process. It offers multiple unified solutions in a single platform.
Keeps everything organized and makes it much easier to keep track
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to set up and use. I love that it's really user-friendly. It has a clear interface that makes the tool easy to use, and the visitor identification data is accurate. Packed with powerful features, the tool collects data from website visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has failed me or disappointed me, I've enjoyed every feature I've used. I have absolutely no complaints about the product.

It makes it extremely easy to connect with potential clients, providing clear information about who's actually interested. It's helped me rebuild my ad campaigns. It's an incredible platform for digital marketing professionals.
