What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to go in and do a basic search and depending on the level of engagement you will know right away if the data is there or not

Didnt like how outdated the data seemed to be

Inside View recommendation

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Inside View is the company information. When I am looking for company info I look it up on Inside VIew
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that it does not provide direct dials for the contacts. Also, the contact info is not always the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, when searching for company info like revenue and such, the tool I use is Inside View. I do compare it to 10K reports and things like that and it is pretty valid most of the time so they do well with the company information. I am able to learn about new accounts quickly with this tool which is detrimental to my every day tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering Inside View for a tool, it is great for researching both companies and contacts but it does better with company information than contact information. You get an overview, news, buzz etc, about the company and as far as the contacts go, they are there but not always the best and so I do rely on a completely different tool for my contact info.

Navigating Large Enterprise Organizations

What do you like best about the product?
1. The ability to find contacts inside large organizations.
2. The ability to import contacts directly into salesforce from the app or the site
3. Finding contact info- phone, email etc... for people I'm prospecting into
What do you dislike about the product?
1. UI is not great, reminds me of the yellow pages, there are often duplicates, out dated contact/contact info.
2. There are lists of contacts, not much structure to them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use the salesforce app, it makes life much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out other products, it's an extremely crowded space with tons of different vendors in it, I'd give several a shot before committing to one tool

Simplest reporting platform available

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to see a combination of reports across accounts that normally would require a BI tool--and I can have them delivered to my inbox
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ways to do more with contacts on accounts, IE fill in the blanks from reports that aren't available in SFDC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to see which accounts we have impacted and which have low engagement; able to see how programs directly impact accounts and align with sales

Powerful Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio may be the most powerful marketing tool I've ever used. It has radically changed the way my marketing team has engaged with our sales team on accounts.

We're better able to focus our weekly prospecting activities in better alignment with account engagement and use the analytics to assess the value our accounts should really have. Previously, we used a very flimsy way to identify what a target account meant to us - with little to no accounting of how they felt about us. Engagio gives us better insight into that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike - my only area of opportunity is they need to continue to innovate at the speed of their clients use - to which I would say they are doing a fair job of that so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better justification for Account targeting
Quick pipeline generation - a few million dollars worth in six months
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ABM is a new technology, and there are a lot of firms being created or shifting their offering to become an ABM provider. First and foremost you must define what ABM execution means to your organization and then find a provider that has the offering that matches your definition of ABM execution.

Must-Have ABM Platform

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Engagio is that it allows us to measure all activity at any given Account. In the past, we were only able to measure the activity of individuals - we couldn't measure the sum of activity of all employees at a company. Engagio integrates with both Salesforce and Marketo so we can capture a wide variety of activities. There's also a really useful Google Chrome plugin that gives you a visual overview of Account engagement over time in Salesforce - I highly recommend it if you're using Engagio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Engagio syncs with Salesforce periodically, so we generate MQAs in batches. In a perfect world, Engagio would always be syncing with Salesforce, so we could create MQAs instantaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagio's concept of "minutes" let's us easily track the engagement of entire Accounts. Ultimately, we use "minutes" to generate Marketing-Qualified Accounts (MQAs) that we pass to the sales team. Engagio has allowed us to go all-in on ABM and measure our results with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio catalyzes a very strong alignment between sales and marketing towards owning your target market. It helps you coordinate your demand gen outreach, messaging, sales activities, and pretty much everything else. We also love how Engagio rolls up Leads to Accounts right out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Marketing Automation requires a pretty clean underlying sales and marketing database, ABM raises the clean data requirement even further. Make sure sure you don't underestimate the increased data cleanup and ongoing management investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strong alignment of sales, marketing and client success towards the end goal of enabling our customers and prospects to achieve success.

What do you like best about the product?
Account/Business improvement and sales reps use it for a agile snapshot of an account activity history, communications and hooked contacts. Scout is a modern aspect that's regularly being developed and it's mold up to be an uncommonly advantageous engine for all levels of an institution. Analytics breakdown on the account level to show campaign achievements and responses. Management uses the analytics platform to see a comprehensive campaign feedback and general commitment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We presently get MQAs in batches and not immediately. I hope the sync appear more regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have account-based coverage on engagement, top conversion/MQL aggregate/appointments, etc that we use in the team, with management, and in board reunion. This reporting would be standard and uncontrollable without Engagio. Now we can absolutely figure out our benefit. SDRs gain account observation from Scout and from Analytics reporting on what interactions are occurring with accounts so they can personalize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've really appreciated working with them and they decidedlystar want to help me be successful. Engagio is regularly making considerable updates and developing their integrations and they're very effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it appends data without us having to ask the questions on the form. We utilized hidden fields and could easily capture accurate information about the prospect without showing this to the prospect. We also enjoyed
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes struggled with the accuracy of data. It would be disputable between other sources including Discover.Org or Rainking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Problems Solving: Shorter forms = higher conversions.

Ever popular Engagio

What do you like best about the product?
It seemed really easy for both our marketing and sales team to implement Engagio and adoption of a new technology between sales and marketing can be very difficult. I don't think I have ever seen such a quick and easy adoption.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't the most beautiful interface. I think it could be more visually appealing but that is coming from a marketer who loves pretty interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We kicked off our whole ABM/Target Account Marketing campaigns with all the start of implementing Engagio. We followed their guidelines and then adjusted when needed based off of our own business needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Still fairly new and they don't really have any competitors out there to compare with so it is a great tool to get started with.
