I like that it can integrate with other technology and the insights that the tool provides

needed more than one training difficult to adopt at first

Demandbase is a great ABM platform
What do you like best about the product?
Accurately target the accounts you want to go after. Easier than others. Metrics and data seem to be more accurate than in others.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used through a partner, so not sure the negatives are about the system alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer marketing specifically. This helps show engaged accounts.

The orchestration with marketo and other platforms

Personal info not always available just account info on most so hard to move those don’t know down funnel

It can be complex to learn. Predictive capabilities can be limited

Love the insight into intent

the insight into intent on third party sites and the ability to customize our customer journey stages

perhaps "bundle" functionality so we don't have to add-on additional features as we grow

identifying accounts that are showing intent and enabling us to have consistent messaging across channels to those accounts

Demandbase has improved the efficiency of finding important and pertinent information to reach contacts and learn more about accounts.

Sometimes it's hard to find the exact information I am looking for, and it causes me to go on a deep dive to try and figure it out.

Helping me reach prospects and contacts in a more efficient fashion. Helping me to discover more pertinent information about accounts that I may not have been able to find otherwise.
