Great support
What do you like best about the product?
Support page is very helpful, all of the common issues can be resolved just by searching it in the support page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Site personalization: can't resolve the flicker issue when replacing Images and text for websites hero.

What do you like best about the product?
Intent data can help prioritize accounts and prospects based on search histories or location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual Demandbase portal/website is very clunky and often incredibly laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to understand which named accounts should take priority when adding in prospects. It also allows you to tailor your outreach based on the prospect's search history.
Account Based is not only for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Understanding what is the impact of marketing and sales on the company's pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be sometimes complicated to get the data synced in between Salesforce and Demandbase, it requires a lot of effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to run AB Ads, see the attribution on the pipeline (work in progress), run automation and have a great analaytics insight.
Slick intent-based audiences for variety of marketing uses
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create as many intent-based audiences based on specific filtering and criteria is most beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have issues syncing audiences with LinkedIn properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are realizing specific audience segmentation for personalization and targeting across content syndication, display ads, website personalization, and broader ABM efforts.
Great platform to find warm sales leads
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to see who is looking actively on my company's website
What do you dislike about the product?
The data can be inaccurate as some "trending" prospects are retired or haven't been working at the company for years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding which accounts to spend the majority of my time to prospect.

It's great for mid-large sales organizations to find extra leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager Matt is the best CSM I have worked with, and our Tehcnical Account Manager Anantha is great as well. An absolute pleasure to work with, and are quick to solve any problems/challenges that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only reason it's a 9 rather than a 10 is the data coverage in Europe is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using InsideView to enrich our leads, both providing our Sales team with more information and getting more data points for deduplification and routing.
DemandBase is a difference maker!
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and easy to use. You don't need much training to get up and running on the application. Second to that is the metric based approach to leads and how you can navigate into the details of engagement from the lead. The dashboards are obviously fantastic, but digging into the details in site analytics gives you information to use in reaching back out to the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some technical glitches in the dashboards that have been resolved, though it took a long time to get them back to working order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me narrow down the list of prospects to spend my finite prospecting efforts on. DemandBase narrows down the universe to a manageable, qualified list of prospects to engage with. It also helps me with the messaging to reach out to reach out to those prospects with and what parts of the organization to target when I do. I find it indispensable.

What do you like best about the product?
The myriad of ways you can customize views and reports to fit your business/prospecting needs. The tie-ins to sales force and our other tools is great as is the reporting page where you're able to put actionable insights into form you like/want to see all in one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the customization is great, there are in my opinion too many tabs and options. Ideally once you've identified the right filters and reports for the needs of your business you should be able to consolidate or eliminate the abundance of various views that require a new screen click. I've made the habit of having two tabs open so I can keep my overall account view up and another to dive deeper into one account, it would be nice if you could simply click your mouse cursor to open a new tab for an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are identifying "low hanging fruit" in terms of the best accounts to prospect into from a cold outreach perspective. Viewing specific contacts in terms of activity and the easy open tab to sales force to then begin outreach is fantastic.
