Robust Marketing tool. Review by End-User (sales AE).
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking website visits and the intent trends seem to be real. Yet to verify if intent works well, but it is better than other marketing tools I've used as an AE.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom Reports are hard to use. Slack integration seems to be very wonky. Wee

Outbound Sales (net new). Have been able to track customers visiting websites for follow up.

Lack of function around 'Highlights this Week'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out accounts to target, the account journey and how qualified accounts are in my pipeline, how long individuals are engaging, and who the most engaged people are on a weekly basis.
Data can be inaccurate but overall gives good insights and analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
Website analytics and highlights are good. the weekly account summaries are also useful as are the people lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data can be inaccurate with old contacts from accounts or with the location of some contacts. Also, a lot of untracked data meaning some insights, can be challenging to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the DB platform to gain account insights and find content/website views.
Helps me keep an eye out on potential leads!
What do you like best about the product?
It alerts me about accounts checking on our products and specific pages so we can engage better with the leads to convert them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite hard to setup and not that straightforward - enablement doesn't really teach us "how to get started".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we don't lose sight of accounts that might have potential to be our customer! It's a very powerful tool and I'd recommend to all SaaS business to consider

What do you like best about the product?
Insights on contacts and accounts - view into what they are clicking on, searching, interested in, reacting to, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that I am not able to see what specific people who are not saved on my database are doing. These users show as anonymous - would be helpful if they were identified by name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am figuring out what accounts may be interested, which may be in RFP, which are not reacting, etc

What do you like best about the product?
All the analytics around who is looking at what.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I end up with other folks accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for prospecting so I'm calling into warm leads instead of cold calling. We have gotten several meetings with leads we got off of Deamndbase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it often and explore all areas of the tool. Also good to subscribe to reports and have them sent to your email weekly.
Really helpful in tracking prospect engagement!
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely makes it super easy to track what prospects in your territory are doing in an easy way as well as integrates with CRM data to show what marketing and sales are doing too! Really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a little slicker. There are also some bugs with identifying who has engaged with content and when. This could be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a lot of manual work. No more doing blind outreach without any context. I can now tailor my messaging to what that prospect has been interested in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend some time in the platform. I'd have the marketing team run you through how best to use it since the data can be confusing without any context.
Great Prospecting Tool for Sales - Demanbase
What do you like best about the product?
I think what I like the best about Demandbase is the ease to navigate to get to useful insights on what prospects are interested in so I can focus prospecting efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I really find the Demandbase tool very effective and a great aid, but would like to see data and contact information to be updated a bit more regularly. That's more than likely the feeds and input into Demandbase from my organization rather than the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see trends and acitivities from top of funnel prospects to tailor my prospecting efforts whcih has helped benefit me in better response rates.

when available it shows prospects in accounts that are interested in topics surrounding the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
If marketing mass emails prospects, they tend to show up as pre MQL when that is not actually the case

Sometimes I don't know where I should start and where I should end.

Who to reach out to at a specific time due to touchpoints/hot leads. It's brought me more opportunities and filled my pipeline a bit.
