Timely support for a tricky issue
What do you like best about the product?
The support team was patient and willing to work through resolving an issue with CSV exports.
Slight differences between quoting in JSON and CSV formats were not immediately apparent.

As always more documentation is needed everywhere, nuances like this are bothersome for all sides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data extraction and API Integration.
The technology behind DB is advanced for me in terms of ABM Marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
programmatic platform where ads are being served to targeted accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to tie in to CRM for conversion results. but this is for big companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
more efficient media spend than direct buy on display ads

make use of all it's features and learn the technology as you use the platform
Valuable data and current news about the companies you're prospecting, all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Watchlist, which allows you to receive a daily feed curated news for companies you select to pay attention to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to identify any downsides of using InsideView.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed me to expedite research on prospects. Whereas before I would have multiple tabs open, I can now find all the information in one place. This has allowed me to contact leads faster, with better information.
An Outside look at InsideView
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ease with which you can quickly learn how to efficiently navigate InsideView. After using the software for just a few days I already felt comfortable using InsideView as a quick go-to resource for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
One piece of feedback I have is that the phone numbers linked to employees (aka Company Personas) are not always direct numbers to the target, and perhaps this challenge can be addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used InsideView to quickly come up-to-speed on a company I am researching or to check the organization chart, or even to view the Corporate Structure of a company. The software serves as a useful and quick resource for curated and reliable data.
Great Information Streamlined How You Like It
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the engaging user interface and ease of the search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The News Feed can get a bit busy but that's probably due to the number of companies I put on one list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find information on the companies on my watchlist with ease. I am also able to validate my connections and to see if my contact information for them is valid or up-to-date.

I like how the contact information for each contact is up to date.

If your new to the site it could be difficult to navigate at first

I had a lot of bounced emails due to incorrect email information, so i used insideview to update their contact info
This is a great platform to utilize and to manage potential prospect very helpful!

The layout can be very helpful to browse useful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the companies I look up finding out they are out of business but this is a personal matter.

This product helps me understand the company with inside information Google won't share!
Inside View helped me find updated contact info for leads
What do you like best about the product?
My leads list was outdated and Inside View helped me find most of the information I needed to make calls and send emails. It was also nice to check out news from the industry and company I was reaching out to in order to personalize introductions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a lot of people with the same name and looking for the right individual who is at a new company took up extra time. For example, there are 14 Nicholas Thackray's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to find recent contact information and watch industry/company-related news stories. Moving forward I will use it to find prospects based on my buyer persona.
Great Tool To Use To Update Your Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it was very user friendly. It made updating the information for my prospects much more easier than having to search for them on Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to enter all the names of your prospect that you are searching for at once rather than going through them one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Haven't encountered any problems. The benefits that I have realized was being able to keep track of the companies that my leads are in. This makes it easier to reach out and send a more personalized email and LinkedIn connect message.

I wish there was more insight into the keywords, and possibly even titles of people researching.

Targeting new and underserved accounts to increase brand awareness. Increase brand awareness and new business.
