Windows Server

Added support for Windows Server 2016.

The following new platforms are provided:

  1. 64bit Windows Server 2016 v1.2.0 running IIS 10.0
  2. 64bit Windows Server Core 2016 v1.2.0 running IIS 10.0

Systems Manager

Updated SSM (Amazon EC2 Systems Manager) agent to v2.0.767.0.

The new SSM version replaces the functionality previously supported by the EC2Config service. This removes the need for EC2Config.
