Amazon AppFlow now enables Amazon Connect Customer Profiles  a new AWS service announced today to combine customer profile data from third-party applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Marketo with information in Amazon Connect without having to build and maintain expensive custom integrations.  

Amazon AppFlow is a fully managed integration service that has pre-built connectivity with 15 source SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Marketo, Zendesk and ServiceNow in just a few clicks. Amazon Connect Customer Profiles delivers contact center agents a more unified view of a customer's current situation with every interaction by combining the contact history of Amazon Connect with relevant customer information from a variety of sources, including homegrown systems of record and third-party applications. It makes it easier for agents to understand the customer's history.

Customers can easily combine customer information from third party applications from Amazon Connect Customer Profiles console and APIs without having to explicitly use Amazon AppFlow. Under the hood, Amazon Connect Customer Profiles leverages Amazon AppFlow to import data from these third party applications.

This integration is launched in US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Europe (London), Europe (Frankfurt), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Asia Pacific (Singapore) and Asia Pacific (Sydney) regions. With Amazon Connect Customer Profiles, you only pay for what you use based on the number of customer profiles. There are no required up-front payments, long-term commitments, or minimum monthly fees.
