Previously on-premise in a perpetual model, they've shifted to be a SaaS-first offering on Azure. With a dominant market share, customers must either lag in upgrade to maintain on-premise architecture, migrate to Azure with support by Blue Yonder, or begin a costly and disruptive search for a new software provider to power their critical supply chain and retail planning functions.
