As an AWS Competency Partner, Wipro has demonstrated deep AWS technical expertise and proven customer success stories. The solution offering is built to address engineering teams involved in custom application development either on-premise or in cloud.
Engagement begins with the identification of pilot scope with deliberations and prerequisites needed to enable a target sandbox environment. Key prerequisites includes access to the source code repository/s and any third party environments for integrations. Sample projects/repositories that need to be leveraged as part of the pilot scope are finalized. Once the environment and access is provided, Wipro ships the deployment scripts and binaries in secured manner. Once the customer's InfoSec audit of the solution package is completed, the installation and configuration begins in close consultation with engineering teams. The identified sample projects/repositories are leveraged by the Workbench solution and Wipro shared assets imported for accelerated development where needed.
Once the initial setup of artifacts is completed, customer engineering teams validate the setup and look at efforts involved to tweak existing assets, processes and integrations with third party solutions and what additional assets need to be on-boarded if any. Workshops are conducted jointly with customer engineering teams across different roles to discuss the platform that is setup with shareable assets.
The outcome of the workshops is identification of customization and integration requirements along with efforts. Appropriate epics and sprints are prepared to implement any customizations.
Wipro will also ensure that each component is built based on requirements and comprehensively tested. The final step will ensure that Wipro consultants assist you, through the use of the solution and proper trainings. Ongoing support for the solution can be enabled based on customer needs.

2) Initiate PilotApply devNXT Workbench on few sample projects and teams. Showcase out-of-the-box results from the application.
3) Implementation PlanningPlan a detailed rollout within the customer projects and Portfolios. Agree on any specific enhancements.
4) DeliveryEnsure testing of solution components function correctly and accuracy of inferences and insights.
5) Support and warrantyWipro provides initial application support for 90 days following hand over.
