CPG manufacturers can adapt their maintenance strategies by using their IoT solution to establish a baseline health status for connected machines across various conditions, be provided with diagnostics that help determine the health of each connected machine, and receive prompts to react in the event of a machine deviating from the established baseline health status.
Spark IoT for CPG predictive maintenance solution can be combined with other IoT data to provide a richer information report. For example, information regarding non-value products produced at the time a particular machine was operating outside of its established health conditions and the cost of energy consumption used for the non-value products.

Selected factory floor machines are connected using Amazon Monitron wireless sensors to reduce unplanned equipment downtime with predictive maintenance and machine learning. Amazon Monitron ingests the data and monitors health condition readings over an adequate period. Amazon Monitron will establish a baseline health status and create an alert whenever the connected machine deviates from the baseline condition.
