Amazon Connect reduces telephony rates for 3 countries in Europe: Cyprus, Belgium and Portugal. Starting April 1st, Amazon Connect, an easy to use omnichannel contact center service, decreased the following telephony rates in the EU (Frankfurt) and EU (London) regions:
Outbound dialing rates are reduced in:
Cyprus by 35% from $0.0609 to $0.0393 per minute
Belgium by 65% from $0.1434 to $0.0277 per minute
Portugal by 27% from $0.0618 to $0.0472 per minute
Additionally in Cyprus, DID Inbound Minutes are reduced by 61% from $0.0.0452 to $0.0175 per minute and Toll Free Inbound Minutes are reduced by 24% from $0.1438 to $0.1081 per minute.
