Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced the general availability of Enterprise On-Ramp, a new Support tier between existing Business and Enterprise Support, to help customers that are starting their cloud journey and need expert guidance to grow and optimize on cloud. With Enterprise On-Ramp, customers can solve cloud-related challenges with access to AWS experts whether by phone or live chat, share their screen and get support to improve issue resolution and eliminate the frustration of back-and-forth emails.

Enterprise On-Ramp includes 24/7 access to Support engineers with 30 minutes case response time for high severity issues. Customers also get access to consultative architectural guidance, operations reviews, cost optimization recommendations, and event management Support delivered by a pool of experts. Enterprise On-Ramp provides access to Support APIs, Support automated workflows, and full access to AWS Trusted Advisor best practice checks along with concierge support to help customers understand their bill and cost allocations. Enterprise On-Ramp is priced at the greater of $5,500 or 10% of monthly AWS usage.

Enterprise On-Ramp is available immediately in all public regions with customer engagement in English and including language Support in Mandarin and Korean. Additional languages will be added in the future.
