Amazon Connect launches new features that improve the user bulk editing experience. With this launch, you can now update multiple user records simultaneously on the Amazon Connect admin website in less than half the time it used to take to make bulk updates. These time savings can make a difference, for example in a crisis situation, when you need to update hundreds of agent routing profiles to ensure that inbound contacts do not experience extreme wait times.
