Amazon Connect Cases now supports displaying the author name for comments that are written on cases. By seeing who added comments to a case, you can more easily track who contributed to the resolution of the case and enable your team to collaborate more effectively.
Amazon Connect Cases is available in the following AWS Regions: US East (N. Virginia), US-West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), and Europe (London).
