Amazon SageMaker Canvas is a service for business analysts to generate predictions without having to write a single line of code. Starting today, business analysts can access and evaluate foundation models (FMs) to generate and summarize content using foundation models, in addition to the ready-to-use models for common use cases such as sentiment analysis, object and text detection, and data extraction from documents.
Customers can now access foundation models such as Claude 2, Amazon Titan, and Jurassic-2 (powered by Amazon Bedrock) as well as publicly available models such as Falcon and MPT (powered by Amazon SageMaker JumpStart) through a no-code, chat interface. They can also easily compare the responses from FMs side-by-side and select the best response for their needs.
To get started, log in to Amazon SageMaker Canvas and access the new FMs from the list of ready-to-use models.
These new capabilities are available in all AWS regions where Amazon SageMaker Canvas, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker JumpStart are supported today.
