Amazon Q Business now provides responses that are personalized to users
Amazon Q is excited to announce personalization capabilities in Amazon Q Business, that help customers further increase employee productivity by considering their user profile to provide more useful responses. Amazon Q uses information such as an employee’s location, department and role to improve the relevance of responses.
Amazon Q Business’ personalization capabilities are automatically enabled and will use your enterprise’s employee profile data to improve their user experience, with no additional set-up needed. Amazon Q receives employee profile information from your organization’s identity provider that you have connected to AWS IAM Identity Center.
Amazon Q Business revolutionizes the way that employees interact with organizational knowledge and enterprise systems. It helps users get comprehensive answers to complex questions and take actions in a unified, intuitive web-based chat experience—all using an enterprise’s existing content, data, and systems.
