Who should attend AWS Cloud Day Warsaw?
Whether you are new to the cloud or an experienced user, you will learn something new at the AWS Cloud Day Warsaw. This event is designed to educate new customers about the AWS platform and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS.
It features a keynote highlighting the latest announcements, technical sessions led by AWS experts, and customer testimonials. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your questions answered.

You can review the AWS Cloud Day Warsaw Agenda here and in the AWS Events Mobile app, available for iOS and Android. The Agenda will be regularly updated, so please check back frequently.

In which languages will the sessions be presented?
All sessions of AWS Cloud Day Warsaw will be presented in English.

Do you accept submissions for speakers/session ideas?
At this time, we do not accept submissions for AWS speakers or session content although we always appreciate customer feedback.

How do I register?
Thank you for your interest in AWS Cloud Day Warsaw. Online registrations are now closed. You may come to the event and register onsite.

Where is my confirmation email?
If you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email after our team reviews your application to register. If you haven't received a confirmation email in a few days please check your spam folder. Once you have checked your spam folder, if you still haven't received your confirmation email, please contact us.

What is included in AWS Cloud Day Warsaw registration?
AWS Cloud Day Warsaw registration gives you access to the keynote, all breakout sessions, the and all expo areas. Drinks and meals are offered during the day. Accomodation and transportation is not included in the registration.

What is the price of registration?
Registration for the AWS Cloud Day Warsaw is free of charge.

How do I update my registration information?
To update your registration information please contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your AWS Cloud Day Warsaw registration by contacting us. Note: we will go ahead and cancel your ticket, but we might not confirm your cancellation by email.

How is session attendance managed?
Onsite at the AWS Cloud Day Warsaw, breakout sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. As seats are not guaranteed, there is no need to pre-register.

How do I get to the venue? Is there a car park at the venue?
The best ways to reach the venue (PGE Narodowy) can be found here. The event venue has a car park with multiple floors parking space.

When does onsite registration open on the day of the event?
The onsite check-in will open at 08:00 on the event day.

How do I check in at the event?
To collect your event badge, you will need the QR code as well as government issued photo ID. A reminder of this will be sent closer to the event.

Is there a lost & found onsite?
Did you find or lose something? You can get lost & found information at the help desk.

Is there a wardrobe and luggage storage onsite?
Yes, you will find a wardrobe & luggage storage on site.

Is there an mobile app for the event?
The AWS Events app will be available to download one week before the event and will allow you to view all sessions taking place, manage your calendar for the day of the event and more. More details will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event.

What accessibility accommodations are available?
The AWS Cloud Day Warsaw, at PGE Narodowy, has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. If you need additional assistance or have accommodation requests, please contact us at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations.

What special dietary requirements are accommodated?
Vegetarian/Vegan options are labelled at lunch. Please ask us for gluten free, Kosher or other food options.

How is my data shared?
If you offer to have your badge scanned by a sponsor or at a sponsor-branded session, you are requesting AWS share your name, contact information, title, and company with that sponsor so it may contact you by email, phone, and post for marketing purposes. This is optional - you may choose not to offer your badge. For questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice. Contact the sponsor to unsubscribe from the sponsor’s marketing communications. Providing the sponsor with your information may involve transferring it to another country. For questions about how the sponsor will handle your information, please contact the sponsor directly or refer to its privacy policy.
