As the Chief Solutions Architect for Amazon Web Services, Glenn is responsible for creating architectural best practices and working with customers on how they use the cloud and innovation to transform their own businesses or disrupt new markets.

Glenn is a hands on technologist with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining AWS, Glenn was the CTO of WebCentral where he worked on highly scalable web platforms and big-data systems for customers. He also held roles at Ozemail and UUNET the world’s largest network provider.

Glenn has worked in engineering, R&D and technology leadership roles working with customers such as Facebook, Twitter, NASA and working on projects such as the Hadron super collider, interplanetary networking and large scale distributed systems. Glenn is passionate about his customers and about technology and how it is changing how we live and work.

Simona joined Air New Zealand in May of 2016 to lead the business transformation in digital and help build the airline’s digital capabilities. She has extensive global experience in leading the delivery of complex, business critical technology transformations in both large enterprises and rapidly evolving start-ups in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.

In her previous role of Head of Software Delivery at Spark Ventures, Simona was responsible for creating digital solutions that customers love by applying methods such as business model design, agile development, and human-centred design to take ideas to market.

Prior to this, Simona held a dual role as Country Manager and Head of Delivery International Strategic Platforms at WEX Inc., and senior positions at Tenzing, a leading Management and Technology consulting company and DTCC, an American post-trade financial services company.

Katherine is the CEO and co-founder of ELANATION, a fun lifestyle technology company for kids. Since launching 3 months ago, Elanation has sold its award-winning ETURBO wearable in all states across Australia, with over 10 million steps sync since Christmas.

Katherine has lived in Denmark for 5 years, previously working alongside the former creative director of Bang & Olufsen in Copenhagen. In Australia, Katherine has worked for PwC Australia, was selected as 1 of 50 emerging leaders, has won International Samsung Design Awards and at university (during her mechanical engineering days) was sponsored by Qantas Engineering.

Josh Robb has 20 years’ experience leading technical teams and building software products in Australasia, Italy and the UK. Since 2002 he has been focused on building SaaS products working in verticals including eLearning, Advertising, HR and mobile commerce.

He spent the early part of his career working in NZ and Australia for Fujitsu on Y2K projects for government agencies. He had a leading technical role in the Connect 2000 project for the Department of Conservation which won the 2000 Most Successful Project Implementation of the Year.

He left New Zealand and spent 10 years working in Europe and the UK for a variety of internet startups where he gained experience working with high scale internet services. He led development on an HR Application Tracking System which grew to over £2.5 million ARR before being acquired by TMP Worldwide where it was folded into their existing Talent Brew product. He has been with Pushpay since Jan 2014 where he has been instrumental in building a high-performance engineering culture and leading the technical evolution of the Pushpay product.
